A local company tried to sell a guitar signed by George Harrison. The problem was that when you checked the serial number you discovered the guitar left the factory 2-3 months after Harrison died.
I bought a jersey from the Baltimore Orioles at a fan fest in Camden yards. A couple years later I found out that style of jersey was never authorized by MLB to be used in a game.
@@nate31sharing I went and watched the feature, thanks for the link. Interesting that although he said the company was JSA, they never showed the JSA sticker on the fake memorabilia, and did for the other companies (none of which I had heard of before). I would still consider JSA to be one of the most reputable companies in the industry, but they are only human - mistakes are made.
You see it signed..it's real...otherwise who knows. I just hate the flood in the comic market with all of the uncertified signatures ruining good books. Even certified, unless I see it signed..who knows.
i bought 5 autographs from german comic con. Can i trust German Comic con? They had autographs of Robert de Niro, Tom Hanks, Jennifer Aniston... Im not sure if these celebrities came to Germany in the first place
I've submitted in-person signed photos along with a photo of me watching the star sign and it was rejected as fake. Its a crap shoot hobby and a quick route to both the poor and nut house.
I SAW Both Mike Myers and "Mini Me" Verne sign a photo for me the day before the movie premiered and over 20 years later--i decided to sell it--and BOTH PSA and JSA said "its not real" I sent them a photo of them signing the EXACT item, I saw it signed and they say 'not real" LOL OK..I dreamed Mini me signed it. OK Ive also seen things they passed as authentic that no way is real.
What about modern cards that you are able to pull from card packs that are already autographed and companies guarantee its authenticity? Are these cards authentic autographs? Can someone verify this?
Me over wondering cause I got a Vic Fuentes signatures on a drawing my ex gave me and I’m trying to get it certified if I ever get into a dire situation where I have no money, I can sell the signature
postersandstuff i hate the too good to be true motto. some people dont know what they have, ive gotten multi thousand dollar autographs under 100 dollars before, eventually authenticated by jsa/psa. The real secret is to learn what your looking for before buying autographs, takes years of practice
Is Authentic signings Inc a authentic company selling real autographs.??? Anyone Can help I'd be soooo appreciative!!.. About to buy a Mark Wahlberg boxing glove signed only $150 Aus dollars..
People need to do research before buying autographs. Don't even buy them from places like that. If they don't have COA from reputable companies(isn't always third party) then don't believe they're legit.
Griffey Jr. would be your most valuable one. Depending on which card it is can fetch $100-$500 on average up to $1000 or a little more for a rare card or rookie card
It’s just money laundering. Need to give a guy money for prostitution or drugs or hire a hit man or something cant just give a guy 5ok can you? He’s gotta deposit it and that might ring some alarms so hey buy a basketball and sign it Kobe Bryant. Now you can sell that for 50,000 dollars
This is why only autographs that I get myself in person are the only autographs that matter to me.

German dealer who sells Bond signed photos printed many yrs after their passing

Hi , i would like to ask if this site is reliable to buy autographs? This is the site: www.autographbuy.com
What about Hollywood Memorabilia website?
What if you ordering it online?
What happens in Vegas , stays in Vegas (except for fake autographs which people buy there) :(

Wow that store is still open.

People on ebay are selling my favorite authors book as autographed but it's a printed autograph that's in all his books, unreal.

If I got it from the team, is that a pretty good indicator that it's authentic?

Yes always real if it’s straight from a pack

Most autographs for sale are fakes. Most of mine I got myself!
Not everything is bogus : you can find legit sgd books , sgd checks

Which COA companies are the best?
CoA is just an opinion , must ask questions , autographs groups on fb are much much better to ask re : authenticity
Right now, I'm trying to figure out the value of two baseball cards signed by the Griffeys.
Griffey Jr. would be your most valuable one. Depending on which card it is can fetch $100-$500 on average up to $1000 or a little more for a rare card or rookie card
Ok
I have a baseball card signed by George Washington in 1776 I want to sell you.
Are there any instances where it’s too good to be true is wrong? Well yeah like how rich people print their own money and shit.
