They really need to add the styra to Jurassic World movie and give a good fight scene not just them in a herd or a quick fly by scene like they do with most herbivores
Those horns are so mesmerizing I feel someone could make a crown or shield based on a Styracosaurus head. It certainly looks great as a chest plate for that one Megazord you showed. Also, Eema and Old Buck have to be my favorite Styracosaurus characters. The crazy one from "The Good Dinosaur" was also amusing, but looks more like a weird mix between a Styracosaurus and a Triceratops.
11:08 Oh yes, I’ve heard about this originally planning to appear on Dinosaur Revolution AKA DINOTASIA. That wasn’t the only original known appearance Styracosaurus was going to make. I heard Jim Danforth was working on a Science Fiction Dinosaur Film somewhere in the late 1970S or early 1980S. It goes by the name of TIMEGATE. It was known to feature half a dozen types of Dinosaurs. Like T.Rex AKA Tyrannosaurus Rex, A Duckbilled Hadrosaur “Probably Edmontosaurus”, Ornithiomimus, Centrosaurus or Monoclonius & of course… Styracosaurus. But the film TIMEGATE got shelved. However, I did hear that the other Shelved Project of the late David Allen called The Primevals has finally been completed after all these years. If The Primevals has finally been completed, then maybe someday TIMEGATE might as well. If there’s a way to contact Jim Danforth. Especially Phil Tippett who was involved with TIMEGATE as well.
There is a Styracosaurus design for Dino Dan, but I think it’s just a remodeled Triceratops. It never appears on the show, but I believe it’s in some of the Dino Dan games.
Styracosaurus is bioluminescent in Jurassic world Alive it's name in game is Stytacosaurus Lux the same creature is the Jurassic world The Game Version as well.
These guys have some really cool looking skulls, they always came across as somewhat elegant to me. Disney dinosaur did some really great ceratoptians, probably the best til this day.
i have a toy of the EARLY depictions, with the frill lying flat against the back, also that king kong 1 is shockingly alright, it having a beak actually makes it look like a Ceratopsian and not just a weird dino monster the heck is Dino Squad, i have never heard of that ever but that looks like the ARK survival evolved Triceratops (which i think is a hybrid of the 2) the Dinosaur king was 1 of my faves, i loved the idea that he was super chummy with chomp and even had 1 of the COOLEST moves in that show the Dinothunder 1 was dope, i loved the way it pulled a chariot, really cool bit of style the Warpath 1 just brought me back, i think it's really cool that yous tarted with that one and not Triceratops, made you get used to him a bit more
For the mystery of Dino Squad which most likely draws inspiration from Styrakosaurus and Triceratops I do believe it may be someone like Arrhinoceratops, Coahuilaceratops or even Bravoceratops, but that’s just what I done for the last 5mins or so after the Dino Squad nod. Loved that show as a kid and still do
A game that has a styraco like design is “Starfox Adventures”. The trikes are named earth walkers and within their earth walker tribe is their king which resembles more a styraco than a trike which is funny. It’s like this imposter who became king because he looks different from everyone else. He has diamonds in his frill too!
It would be awesome seeing a short video on the dinosaurs in Primal Prey. I remember there being some pretty sweet looking designs in that, including Styracosaurus.
I wonder if the Triceratops in Dino Squad was meant to look like Agathaumas, because that now dubious genus was known for long brow and nose horns Also did you know in Path of Titans, the Bold skin for Styracosaurus can be used to make you look like Old Buck. I use that all the time
I think this ceratopsian used to be the second most popular after triceratops like back in the 70s and 90s and even early 2000s but it’s like people don’t really talk about it anymore
hell yeah styrachosaurus! they easily make it into my top 3 and it should be in everybody's top 3 it's like if someone ordered a triceratops with a side of extra spikes. also if Hannah doesn't make it in to your top 3 fossils you are wrong.
Fun fact: Those Styracosaurus from ZT2 actually aren't the final version. Those are from the Dino Danger Pack, which was like a $5 DLC to add a bunch of dinos. All the Dino Danger dinos (Carnotaurus, Triceratops, Styracosaurus and T. rex) were eventually redesigned and re-released in the Extinct Animals expansion. The Carnotaurus and T. rex were completely remodeled while the Styracosaurus and Triceratops were recolored.
The King Kong Styracosaurus did appear in Son of Kong, Speaking of Mecha/Robot Styracosaurus, there are two in Zoids. The Red horn & Dark Horn. It also appeared in Dino-Riders. 17:18 what is that brown puffball?
Jurassic world camp cretaceous originally was supposed to have styracosaurus but it was replaced by sinoceratops. Styracosaurus also was planned for jp 3 in a deleted scene that would have shown it getting hunted by the quilled velociraptors wich was the reason how Allan knew how they looked like
According to a video I watch on Triceratops, that ball and sock joint on that dinosaur, I'm trying to imagine how that would come about and "why" it exists the way it does. 360 degrees. Any direction. This makes sense. Predators at the time came in all different heights. By making sure the head is at a particular angle in relation to the mouth of the predator, the neck is impossible to get to. Was the ball joint socket just an adaption Triceratops was able to get alone or did other Ceratopsian have it too?
There is one styracosaurus you have missed and it's actually from an old dinosaur game that made the isle to what it is today, the stomping land it's actually a more grounded and realistic take on ark but sadly it got scammed since the head developer ran off without a word it too had a styracosaurus in the game.
Styracosaurus was not in King Kong, It was in Son of Kong which did release 6 months later still in 1933 Valley of Gwangi is amazing, featuring my two favorite dinos, in Styracosaurus and Allosaurus. I watched The land that time forgot on TBS so much Good dinosaur I thought he was more of a chasmosaurus The Styracosaurus Lux on Jurassic World Alive is one you need to pay for with one of the passes otherwise it will very rarely show up in Sunday events Also Nigel Marvin is 1000x than Ian Malcom as a narrator, at least he Likes the dinos and encourages us, instead of Malcom who just talks down to us. Maybe labeling each one on a scale of 1-10 would help you pick a favorite at the end?
I think you would love an old czechoslovak movie “Journey to the beginning of time” by Karel Zeman. If you have some affection for Burian’s paintings, you’ll really like the movie!
Let’s hope styracosaurus will be in a Jurassic movie, Styracosaurus was confirmed to exist at Jurassic world by the DPG website which is promotional material for fallen kingdom and is considered canon to the franchise Unrelated but I hope to see lesothosaurus, coelurus, teratophoneus and Peloroplites in the franchise as these were all confirmed in the franchise during fallen kingdom and the DPG website but have sadly been forgotten about in the Jurassic franchise so I hope to see them one day
You definitely should cover the game Primal Prey! It's similar to carnivores dinosaur hunter and has very unique designs for styracosaurus, T-Rex, Utharaptor and more!
I'd have to say that JWE and PK's version of Styracosaurus are my favorite appearances of the animal. Also, be sure to check out JP: Warpath's version of Triceratops, it's pretty decent. 😁
5:377:51 As a little kid I honestly thought they were triceratops so that just confused me & they also remind me of the ARK triceratops. Speaking of ARK you forgot the Styracosaurus from ARK.
Hi Dino, I wanted to ask if we could see interpretations of Tarbosaurus in the future? Quite an interesting tyrannosaurid, which may in some places be inferior to its more famous brother, but with its own features.
You know who I am missing here? B.P. Richfield. Now, he is not meant to be a realistic Styracosaurus and he really doesn't look like it, but he looks so menacing.
In the Dino Squad it is a styracosaurus, the triceratop also appears in the Dino Squad and it is different, it has another designer which is the triceratop also appears in the Dino Squad, The triceratops the frill bone just like the real life triceratops, young adult,And it has a blue-gray color and the three horns with the head horns larger than the nasal horn Now, what you show in the video is a Styracosaurus. It looks like a Styracosaurus, the producers extremely stylized the real-world animals.
Do y'all think ceratopsians use their frills as a way to control their body temperature? Like elephants use their ears to cool themselves off in the hot savannah so yeah, I'm just wondering
I love how you don’t outright hate any of the designs here, you always look for the good in them
I would love to see Styracosaurus in the next Jurassic World movie.
hey my name is ameer l do beecuse it one of my favorite dinosaurs
Me too. It’s my favorite ceratopsian.
That would be a great surprise
They really need to add the styra to Jurassic World movie and give a good fight scene not just them in a herd or a quick fly by scene like they do with most herbivores
I think that would be a good idea:)
3:56 I just unlocked new memory when I was kid and I had toy looking like her.
Dinosaur is Disney’s most underrated movie. Might even be my favorite Disney movie.
What is wrong with you.
My favorite Disney movie is Hercules
From what I remember, in Dinosquad it's meant to be a Triceratops.
Nah, I remember Veloci specifically saying it's a Styracosaurus.
@@CaptainCretaceous91 wild, I always thought it was Triceratops but if Veloci says so...
0:14 Cowboy hatless Dino Guy jumpscare
Styracosaurus was also in the first Zoo Tycoon. There's also the old vintage short Dinosaurs: The Terrible Lizards.
The spiked lizard and 9 horned trike is here on The Many Interpretations. Love this dinosaur and love your channel.
Styracosaurus is my personal favorite Dinosaur
The trike in Ark is actually a hybrid of triceratops and styracosaurus
Also there is a costume for trike which turns it into styracosaurus
Those horns are so mesmerizing I feel someone could make a crown or shield based on a Styracosaurus head. It certainly looks great as a chest plate for that one Megazord you showed.
Also, Eema and Old Buck have to be my favorite Styracosaurus characters. The crazy one from "The Good Dinosaur" was also amusing, but looks more like a weird mix between a Styracosaurus and a Triceratops.
This guy, cera, and brontosaurus are the first movie stars.
I love the prior extinction styracosaurus design, but the PoT one is one I am really attached to
11:08 Oh yes, I’ve heard about this originally planning to appear on Dinosaur Revolution AKA DINOTASIA. That wasn’t the only original known appearance Styracosaurus was going to make. The name of the Styracosaurus in _The Good Dinosaur_ is Forrest Woodbush.
Possibly my favourite dinosaur, definitely my favorite ceratopsian. The giant nose horn and frill spikes give it such a wild appearance.
This was another great watch, Glad you get to play prehistoric Kingdom again!
There is a Styracosaurus design for Dino Dan, but I think it’s just a remodeled Triceratops. It never appears on the show, but I believe it’s in some of the Dino Dan games.
Nice video. Love Styracosaurus, it's such a cool animal.
Styracosaurus has been one of my top favorite Ceratopsians ever since I first learned about dinosaurs at age 3, second only to Triceratops itself.
Styracosaurus is bioluminescent in Jurassic world Alive it's name in game is Stytacosaurus Lux the same creature is the Jurassic world The Game Version as well.
If I remember right the styracosaurus zord was the Battlizer zord for Dino Thunder.
Yep. Officially called the “Mezodon Rover.” Still better than “Dino Charge.”
Nice video.Styracosaurus is my favorite dino❤
Prior extinction too have styra it also have a sexual demorphism
These guys have some really cool looking skulls, they always came across as somewhat elegant to me.
Disney dinosaur did some really great ceratoptians, probably the best til this day.
i have a toy of the EARLY depictions, with the frill lying flat against the back, also that king kong 1 is shockingly alright, it having a beak actually makes it look like a Ceratopsian and not just a weird dino monster

Outside of Triceratops, Styracosaurus is my favorite ceratopsian, and I'm glad it's gotten some good representation in media over the years.
I was waiting for this
Journey to the Beginning of Time Cesta do pravěku Czechoslovakia
It would be awesome seeing a short video on the dinosaurs in Primal Prey. I remember there being some pretty sweet looking designs in that, including Styracosaurus.
I. Love. The looks of the paleo pines dinosaurs. Especially the raptors. Accurate as possible but adorable cartoons.
Its odd how styracosaurus is the second most famous ceratopsian but is also one of the most underrated of them
I love this dinosaur good thing you put this on the series
Another fun fact: your many interpretation of videos are always worth the wait. More of an opinion, but a fact 😊
BTW, the styracosaurus from the good dinosaur is named Forrest Woodbush
finally video about my 2nd favorite ceratopsian.
I wonder if the Triceratops in Dino Squad was meant to look like Agathaumas, because that now dubious genus was known for long brow and nose horns
Also did you know in Path of Titans, the Bold skin for Styracosaurus can be used to make you look like Old Buck. I use that all the time
Here's a good one
And the kitty !!
I can confirm, the Dino Squad interpretation is Styracosaurus.
I think this ceratopsian used to be the second most popular after triceratops like back in the 70s and 90s and even early 2000s but it’s like people don’t really talk about it anymore

You forgot about prior extinction styracosaurs
Whenever i hear dinosquad i get nostalgia especially from the theme song
"Im in im in Im in in the dinosquad
Being my favorite ceratopsian, Styracosaurus is a quite the underrated dinosaur!
Is the one year anniversary going to be velociraptor?
Will you be doing videos on the new primordial tyrants apato and torvo like you did with utah and struthi? Love the videos
The King Kong Styracosaurus did appear in Son of Kong,
Speaking of Mecha/Robot Styracosaurus, there are two in Zoids. The Red horn & Dark Horn.
It also appeared in Dino-Riders.
17:18 what is that brown puffball?

this is my fav ceratopsian, since the Dinoriders toy!
Man, I can’t believe you didn’t review the Styracosaurus from Primal Prey. One of the best looking models for it to ever.
Fun fact, this is Robert Bakker's favorite Ceratopsian.
Styracosaurus was not in King Kong, It was in Son of Kong which did release 6 months later still in 1933
Valley of Gwangi is amazing, featuring my two favorite dinos, in Styracosaurus and Allosaurus.
I watched The land that time forgot on TBS so much
Good dinosaur I thought he was more of a chasmosaurus
The Styracosaurus Lux on Jurassic World Alive is one you need to pay for with one of the passes otherwise it will very rarely show up in Sunday events
Also Nigel Marvin is 1000x than Ian Malcom as a narrator, at least he Likes the dinos and encourages us, instead of Malcom who just talks down to us.
Maybe labeling each one on a scale of 1-10 would help you pick a favorite at the end?
I think you would love an old czechoslovak movie “Journey to the beginning of time” by Karel Zeman. If you have some affection for Burian’s paintings, you’ll really like the movie!
Monoblos: my favorite pros.
Monoblos is explicitly given the skull of Styracosaurus.
The Turok Evolution Styracosaurus it had a really cool design though didn't care much for the weapons on it though 17:34
The dinobot island two parter episodes from the transformers had a styracosaurus
19:56 Wait! Nigel with Hat? Does he dress different depending on the Biome in which your Park is located?🙃
I’d love to see medieval times with dinosaurs. So knights riding dinosaurs
Let’s hope styracosaurus will be in a Jurassic movie,
Styracosaurus was confirmed to exist at Jurassic world by the DPG website which is promotional material for fallen kingdom and is considered canon to the franchise
Unrelated but I hope to see lesothosaurus, coelurus, teratophoneus and Peloroplites in the franchise as these were all confirmed in the franchise during fallen kingdom and the DPG website but have sadly been forgotten about in the Jurassic franchise so I hope to see them one day
My absolute favorite dinosaur
I feel that monoblos from monster hunter could be an honorable mention due to its head resembling styrachosaurus
You should start a park building series on Prehistoric kingdom! Whether it being limited or unlimited funds.
Fun fact: the styracosaurus in Turok Evolution is larger than the triceratops of the same game.
5:37 7:51 As a little kid I honestly thought they were triceratops so that just confused me & they also remind me of the ARK triceratops. Speaking of ARK you forgot the Styracosaurus from ARK.
There’s a Styraco in ARK, but it’s a skin for the Trike, looks pretty good though. You can buy it with Hexagons in Genesis Part 1.
Next one is Hatzegopteryx yes my favorite prehistoric creature
I’m afraid you missed a few interpretations: from Dino Riders, Primal Prey, and Zoo Tycoon 1. Check ‘em out when you have the chance!
Paleo pines is always so cute
Please have Ahsoka the Cat appear more often, she's adorable
I liked to imitate Styracosaurus when I went to kindergarten 😅
Aw was hoping to see the Styracosaurus family from Banjo-Tooie
That red colored one looks kinda like the Sinoceratops in Fossil Fighters Frontier but a little different.
Hi Dino, I wanted to ask if we could see interpretations of Tarbosaurus in the future? Quite an interesting tyrannosaurid, which may in some places be inferior to its more famous brother, but with its own features.
I heard about Styracosaurus has six spike and one bigass horn.
Zoids had a few styracosaurs, even one with giant guns on its back (Dark Horn).
Would love to see a video on dunkleosteus!
You know who I am missing here? B.P. Richfield. Now, he is not meant to be a realistic Styracosaurus and he really doesn't look like it, but he looks so menacing.
Zoo Tycoon 1 also had Styracosaurus
Styracosaurus Portait and design
I always thought the ceratopsian in land before time was a chasmosaurus?
0:16 is that at a museum?
The new pokemon gouging fire also seems to be very much based on a styracosaurus with the nasal horn and spikey frill
8:29 I love dream crusher
In the Dino Squad it is a styracosaurus, the triceratop also appears in the Dino Squad and it is different, it has another designer which is the triceratop also appears in the Dino Squad, The triceratops the frill bone just like the real life triceratops, young adult,And it has a blue-gray color and the three horns with the head horns larger than the nasal horn Now, what you show in the video is a Styracosaurus. It looks like a Styracosaurus, the producers extremely stylized the real-world animals.
No way!! Where do you get the ones where they’re already painted? All I can ever find is ones TO paint
Do y'all think ceratopsians use their frills as a way to control their body temperature? Like elephants use their ears to cool themselves off in the hot savannah so yeah, I'm just wondering
hey bruther, all Dino Thunder episodes are free up on TH-cam btw ;D
Zuni ceratops and some other Triceratops are my favorite
Oh yes
Can you do a ark play through like you did with Minecraft dinosaurs mod
I was waiting to see the costume Ark Survival Evolved had to turn your Pachyrhynosaurus into a Styracosaurus
Omg!!! Woodland park dinosaur research center
Styracosaurus might be in WWD2
I hope it is. It would be so cool
That would be awesome! There’s a severe lack of documentaries on this list.
