I absolutely love these CG designs for the characters. A perfect translation of the original design into CG. Much better than whatever they're doing in Wreck It Ralph 2.
I like all the Mandarin Chinese in the attraction's dialect.
I love this type of stuff where it makes you feel involved in the story. Interactive objects and fun effects. And yes! I do love CGI Snow White. I think it's cute.
I like to remember what world I'm living in and be grateful. One way to do that is to imagine other people from other times experiencing today. I wonder what Walt Disney would feel seeing this. He could probably hardly imagine a world in which China gets a Disneyland, and this beautiful too. Made me tear up that the ideals of "It's a Small World" could really come true.
It looks good though I don't get why they thought it would be better as a walk through than a dark ride.
Dude, I wish they'd bring something like that to WDW but with Tangled instead of Snow White. That was awesome.

As a kid I was always afraid of the evil queen's transformation! And now that I'm over 20+years older than my first seeing her and I'm just as equally afraid as I was how many years ago!!!
In this attraction, The Evil Queen has the power of transportation using lightning and the power to transform into a hag without drinking a potion.
Like walking through a hallway of cartoons, displayed on a dozen HD monitors. Charming.
Now that's the disney that i know. WOOHOO!
nice scenery but waaaay to much reliance on tv screens / projectors here, come on disney, your anamatronics are great and would be perfect for this

Are they flat 2D screens or 3D glassless screens? Is it similar to the Sleeping Beauty walkthrough in California? Anyway, in that one I still don't know how they do animation on transparent glass (?).
With how they did the Frozen ride, new animatronics would've been great. The animation for this reminds me of Dr. Seuss.
Cheaper and less maintenance. That’s why projections are slowly replacing animatronics.
The dwarves barely even exist in Shanghai. Also, just make it a ride! So you dont have people crowding around one thing and not letting others see.
Either I missed something, or this attraction just skipped over a huge portion of the movie and just went straight to the happily ever after part. The dwarves were hardly even there.
They already have the seven dwarves mine train ride, which focuses more on the dwarves - so maybe thats why?
I think this is supposed to be a tour of some sort!

Yeah they even skimmed over the battle between the dwarves and the Evil Queen too! I was curious, like will she be at the very end, but nope! I laugh everything was written in the text as you transitioned between rooms and story arches and no one wants to read!!! Not when you can experience first hand!

This is so magical. Reminds me of the Belle's cottage in Disney in USA, though I haven't seen it in person

It's an ok walkthrough the CG IS nice, but there was no need for it. They could of did the same with the hand drawn animation or some 2d animation with the computer. They voice actors did a good job. But one problem is that they made the walkthrough too jolly and friendly. The Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs film had some dark elements like the first scene, the transformation of the Evil Queen, and the death of the Evil Queen. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Well with snow whites scary adventure I believe that’s why they made this ride more jolly.

Maybe because they thought CGI Snow White was ridiculous. This is what I'm talking about when I say CG animation is being overused. It just replaced one of the early hand drawn animated characters.

Not a bad idea but the dwarfs are nowhere to be seen!!! And that, to me, is a shame: what about the party with Snow White and their diamond mine? 😞

I've never seen a Disney attraction having stairs ant any point. Always figured to keep safety at its maximum.

Guys, this is such a lazy attraction. Instead of animatronics we only got screens, with a CG that sometimes looks weird. You guys want to know what a good Snow White looks like? Head over to Tokyo Disneyland! It is even scarier than the one in the States.
The Tokyo Snow White ride is old af the animatronics are very outdated, I’d rather have this with the pepper ghost effects than the barely moving animatronics

Disney NEEDS to build a theme park with the Shanghai Disneyland level of technology stateside. A new one. That way, we can visit the classic Magic Kingdom, while still being able to enjoy this amazing stuff. I would gladly visit both!
maybe there should be another disneyland in spain/mexico so they can remove the spanish messages at disneyland and walt disney world

Many Chinese normally speak very loudly even when they don't have to or in a quiet place. I know because I'm Chinese but born in the US. I notice this when I go to China.

Being a Mandarin speaker I feel awkward watching these beloved Disney character with Chinese dubbing. I do feel the voice acting is not as well performed than the original, more mechanical than emotoinal.
Half the reason I did not get any of this is because it’s in China cause you may think I can speak Chinese because of this 發表 idk what that meant XD but I just did that in settings XD

Perhaps it is just me but what is with the TV screens, I don't go to the parks to watch TV. Also why doesn't snow white look like snow white, what is up with that. Thumbs down.
I think the idea is creative, but I really don't like the idea of a CG Snow White. It looks like she was animated by the same people that animated Despicable Me or something like that.

Snow White does NOT translate well into CGI, she looks really wonky in the face. Sorry to all you CGI lovers but that's how I feel. I would rather see upscale animatronics in this.
Ughehhh... Snow White CG doesn't really look like the one we love... almost looks like a knock off, yet this is OFFICIAL Disney. Hmmm... I mean, it would have been better if they stuck to traditional animation..
animation looks nice though. CG Snow White looks really young! They could improve the CG but I'm kinda impressed

Walking and re-arranging the story in CG is a let-down to say the least. Lots of sparkles though!!! @EdArt9~~sho buz - Hollywood South. And with hands-on props, I thing U.S. kids would destroy everything they can reach and touch. At least these people are respectable in behavior lacking in U.S. Parks!!!
Innovations in Epcot seems to still be in good shape despite evil U.S. children. I assume that you don't have any children. Do you have any basis to assume that their children are better behaved than ours in their parks or or are you stereotyping all asian children.
snow white looks pretty in CGI, but the once upon a time adventure is still bad because the people are speaking chinese/cantonese
