I always enjoy walking through the different properties just to get a feel of the atmosphere in hopes of finding a new spot to experience, whether it be a place to eat or just hang out. That’s why I love your videos! Stay safe and see you two in March!!
PURA VIDA HYRO y MARLENE ✨🇨🇷✨...
I agree with your opinion on playing music at the beach. I believe beach etiquette should include no music but I suppose there can be exceptions. Had a sunset wedding setup near us at Eagle a few months ago and it was fine. Thanks for the great videos, I’ll check out Marlene’s new voiced vids.
No, you are 100% correct the loud music is a turn off and disrupts relaxation and the process of relaxation and that’s the reason people come to Aruba and that’s what Aruba is forgetting by building every square inch of space and causing everybody to be crowded at the airport in the hotels at the restaurantsThis is not meant to be Time Square or Trafalgar Square, Aruba was meant to be a Haven and it’s not a Haven anymore.
There's a time and place for everyone, been there 3 times now, found many quiet beaches. but yes, by the hotels it's party central...not everyone is 25...
You are correct Hyro, loud hotel music is obnoxious and most people do not like it. We stay at Bucuti Tara resort which is super quiet and zen. We love Aruba. Peace and start well. Thank you for your videos always.
Wow that's shocking how much it's washed out.we were there is September when it was crazy hot. One of the great things with Aruba is. The beach will be back to normal in a few short months
The rain on Friday was crazy! We had reservations at Papiamento and they called to cancel our reservation which was unfortunate. But we went to the new restaurant L'Avenue by the Cove, which is an amazing place with Belgium cuisine and owned by the same owner of Papilon. We were at the Hyatt and walked the beach everyday either towards the Ritz-Carlton or to the RIU and yesterday was our first day walking to Divi-Phoenix. So we missed seeing you guys this trip. I told my wife if we didn't have plans to have dinner at Flying Fishbone on Saturday we'd have done the food tour with you and probably been in this video.
I enjoyed the video. I have stayed at the Divi Phoenix several times and it's actually one of my favorite resort/hotels. I don't like the new colors though but it is what it is. Next year I may try the Embassy Suites.
If you're a veteran visitor to Aruba, you might remember years ago that tourists used to hounded by vendors walking the beaches trying to sell trinkets. The vendors also would charge unknowing visitors just to get onto the beach. Thankfully the authorities have put a stop to all that. We're mighty grateful the beaches are public and you can walk freely anywhere without being hustled by locals trying to make a fast buck.
You already made a video of the two of you going through the Embassy Suites tunnel. It was the video where you walked the Embassy Suites grounds and showed us around, then at the end you walked to the beach area to show us what the beach at the Embassy Suites would be like.
Hyro thank you for posting this. My family and I will be visiting next week! How do you predict the weather will be given the recent rain storm you have had?
As regard to decisions being made about no more hotels, etc., that should never be left in the hands of the people that seems to be left in because they enriched themselves and put the money into their own pockets at the expense of the island and at the expense ofthe peace and quiet that Aruba once was, they should be ashamed for what they have done
And just as a final thought, probably Miami Beach was like Aruba was at one time and I don’t think anybody wants to live in Miami Beach if they could help it

We hope you find new ideas for a great spot to hang out in March😊Saludos!
Those snacks looked super tasty , love the videos! We can’t wait to join you in February! Keep the great content coming !
Can't wait!
Definitely big waves

It's a shame that you can't always have a peaceful beach experience.
Indeed!
Always the best videos Hyro. I always enjoy them. Marleen did a great job on her video on yesterday she should talk more often.
Thank you for the kind words, we appreciate you watching!

We can see why (Divi Phoenix) The Embassy Suites is really cool too, you should!

@@mortimersnerd1348 One of my favorite things about Aruba.
I don't remember that ever being an issue here. It is not allowed to sell stuff like that on the streets or at the beaches.
OMG those red mirror sunglasses are fire🔥🔥are those Julbo?
Thanks!

Yes indeed😊
Thanks for the update. How are the beaches from Divi Tamarin and Divi village ?
We'll take a look at them soon.
Hallo Hyro en Marleen weer bedankt voor je video we zijn weer geüpdatet groetjes Gerold.
Graag gedaan😊
Great Video of your island…You should have started at Amsterdam Manor first ….pass the Water Treatment Plant….but I guess that water was not so blue?
We’re always looking for new walking adventures, thanks for the suggestion!

Sorry we missed you. Ja er zijn veel hotels bij gekomen de laatste jaren. De meeste personeel komt uit Colombia, Venezuela en Dom. Rep.
Hyro, what is that building constrution after the RUI
That is the St. Regis resort opening soon.
Hyro, no, you was standing in front of the Regis. It was after the Rui in your video..
agree, the new Divi Phoenix grey is very drab
It is☺️
Hyro thank you for posting this. My family and I will be visiting next week! How do you predict the weather will be given the recent rain storm you have had?
Glad to help. The tides are still high. Not sure it will be better in a week but most beaches recover quickly.
Hyro, when was this walk?
Yesterday (Sunday)😊
Too bad I didn't know
Looked forward to stopping by to see you
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you🙂
How long did this walk take?
Less than 30 min.
@ a little workout
Where will you be Tuesday night?
Santos Coffee with soul at Casa del Mar.
Is it easy to find parking there?
