Yes I found him annoying in the movie. Thanks for telling me what I already know. Fyi let me elaborate. Me as well as most people found Hathaway a brat in CCA and I know he killed Quess in BC which was why he became Mafty. But yes in HF they gave him much needed character development and I began to empathise with him. I just love how how his leadership skills have developed as he led Mafty and how chillingly dark and tragic HF is. Though honestly its difficult to make out what your point is.

It's also in SD Gundam G Generation Genesis as $10 DLC (I think, though if you get the Season Pass with the game you can get the DLC for free) since you have to earn the Xi and Penelope via the DLC story by capturing units that appear in the stage and then developing them into the Xi and Penelope (which are currently the two strongest units in the game).
Honestly, I'm more hyped about the inevitable Shin Final Dynamic Special. They created a mid-season upgrade for Tetsuya just so he can keep up with ZERO and Shin Getter, it´s gonna be fucking great.
this is the music i will playing while building Xi Gundam and Penelope Edit: its done, Xi is Definetly takes W over Penelope for me, both have Premium Plastic even though it is an HG kit. give it Panel line and Top Coat and it will look good. and i think Penelope need the top coat treatment since it can Purge its armor to reveal Odyseus Gundam, that armor purge thing make Penelope's Flight unit part loose overtime
They won´t use this theme but so far the glimpses of music from the trailers have a similar sound. Probably Sawano is making original tracks based on this one
I really don't get why Bandai redesigned it to be almost white of all design decisions to do was to recolor in almost one single color was the worst one. If they wanted to make Hathaway like a different faction should of done it in better colors like just make it more Neo Zeon colors would of been fine then just effectively using a block of white bleach on the suit. The redesign was fine, but the colors is just doesn't work well. I mean make it align it with Gaia maybe. It still doesn't work though on screen imo.
Actually, there is a large consideration for a Hathaway's Flash OVA because of how well Unicorn has done. Not only that, but there are plans to remake the original series and animate Crossbone Gundam.
Its not a side story about hathaway flash/senkō nō hassaway which is the after of unicorn timeline because hathaway in unicorn story he was in college to the botanical observer/scientist biology about nature
Bandai is probably testing xi gundam and hathaway's flash waters because Hathaway's Flash takes place right after unicorn. The director says he's going to leave the ending of unicorn open for a possible Hathaway's flash ova if they decide to anyways.

My guess is that he somehow managed to eject the cockpit out before the explosion. Though it's not very good, seeing as a Salamis-Class Part fell on the Hyaku Shiki, so I guess Plot Armor does play into it.

He was fighting Char when Quess rams her mobile armor going all "LEAVE TAISA ALONE" and suddenly a beam kills her, and surprise, it was Hathaway who was even surprised that he hit her. That alone made him a Federation hero...

@@jrickducking6685 there's three, more like. The movie, the Beltochika's Children (which Hathaway's Flash is a sequel to) novel, and Hi-Streamers, the serialized novel that the movie condenses into a 2 hour runtime.
And straight out killing his own ally in the process. Sorry, but Kira still wins seeing as how he didn't go out of his way to kill an ally just because they killed someone he likes. No, instead he kills the ACTUAL main antagonist because of it.
That's funny, because Tomino completely retconned a whole story just to have Kamille not turned into a useless vegetable in the end of the Zeta remake.
