Hi. I am currently doing Applied Energy Management in Ontario and will complete the course next year. So should I go for job hunting straight away after the course or opt to take the CEM certification? Also, is it possible that the recruiting company will support in taking the CEM certification while working in the company? Please guide me as I have only limited information regarding energy jobs and their certifications.
