I love seeing these videos. I own a 2008 Buick Lacrosse and it has the 3800 v6. Ever since I found out about the Super having an Ls4, I've been super intrigued. Keep up the good work.
Cannot go wrong with the 3800 absolutely love those engines been around them my entire life. These cars are amazing, and I’m glad you liked the video and thanks for leaving this thoughtful comment!
I think if james brewer tuned your super, it might achieve close to 5.7 seconds in the 0-60 run! Depending on tires, road surface, air temperature too. Cooler weather these cars will feel like they get up and go a bit quicker vs any warmer day. A hot day say 90° and humid it would take a bit longer. But loving the car! Glad we're twinning! 🤘🤘
I bought an 07 cx that needed a motor but body was super clean. I thought I could swap in a series 3 SC and reflash the pcm to make it run. I'm pretty disappointed to find out I can't. I guess I missed the boat on fast w bodies. I'll have to make due with my '14 wrx I guess.
That would’ve been sweet, I love those bulletproof engines! I was looking at getting one of the many cars that came with those, but they’re all so rusted up here it wasn’t feasible. A ‘14 WRX is a cool car though how do you like it?
Also, do you still have the factory mufflers? Those were tuned for Grandpa and Grandma back in the day. A set of free flowing (not straight piped) mufflers will open it up a bit might do the trick. It helped mine a lot.

Something about a naturally aspirated V8 in a sedan…having 8 cylinders firing away, unmolested….is fantastic. Hoping you keep this car for awhile.
Oh I am, my end goal is 250,000. Thank you for the comment!
Nothing better than a good NA V8 in any vehicle.
How many miles does it have now?
The Lacrosse is such an under rated car. I get low 6's in my 2012 Lacrosse. I love that thing!
@@ElricX yeah those 3.6s move well perfect luxury and performance also I love the way those look way more than first gen’s
Yep I'll be buying 1 of these this weekend!!! Elderly owned
You won’t regret it, also beautiful 6th gen
@Bmstaudy ikr, I've owned the 5.3 monte ss and the GXP but this will be my 1st Lacrosse Super...and thanks I barely drives my 6gen..Lol
@Bmstaudy and damn...my homeboy and his wife have twin TBSS's like yours!!
@ I loved that truck, but sold it after it threw a rod
@ what engine does the 6th gen have
Nice ride bro. Good shit
Thank you my guy I really appreciate it 🫡

Yeah the 0-60 from the manufacturer is pretty impossible to achieve! Love these cars though thanks for the comment 🤝🏻
@@Bmstaudy No problem! 😊
I dont think youd have a problem achieving a lower time if you did an ems/chip tune on it

Sheeeeesh
Love the support ❤️
I have one and I can tell you that one is definitely tired. I can hear it plain as day.
@@deanlong7995 very doubtful, I’ve put 10k on it already with not a single hiccup, but thanks for the comment
@@Bmstaudy Really? It sounds like it can't breathe when it needs to double down during the launch. It's very different than mine.

@@deanlong7995 I don’t have any mufflers lol it makes it sound quite a bit nicer
@@deanlong7995 I think I need to clean out my air filter
