Was glad to see other folks noticed the glaring omission of the USS Constitution - the world's oldest commissioned naval vessel still afloat. Since the list is "Most Beautiful" I'm not sure I can argue for her to be #1, but she certainly pleases the eye more than several of the ships that made the list.
Very cool ladies of the past.
That thumbnail I saw and instantly thought of home Baltimore inner harbor I remember being a kid seeing that ship in person great memories

HMS Victory only lands at #10? And Mayflower (redux no less) sits at #1? I smell something more American than Anglo in pandering for likes.
If it were more American than Anglo the USS Constitution would be number one

It's strange how ships built in the mid/late 19th century became out of date within a few years and some were virtually obsolete before they finished building them because warships were evolving so quickly! Yet today we're flying planes designed 50 years ago (eg F-16, F-18), and the B-52 is likely to still be flying nearly a century after it was conceived!!

The pilgrims did not leave because of persecution. They were religious fanatics.! They told everyone in England that they were going to die and burn in hell, the people of England told the pilgrims you wanna live the strict, religious life, go off and do it in the New World, leave us alone. So that’s what they did.

In Olympia,Wahington there lives a Tall ship named The Lady Washington. She sailed around the world and was used in Pirates of the Caribbean as the Interceptor.
She's amazing and allows visitors onboard.

Mayflower II was captained across the ocean by sailor and author Allen Villiers.
Saw a video of 2011 abt ship that is wood, is this kind of life rising? Means cruise and yacht is aside and life can become adventurous like how humans form a community then maybe make a ship and can travel as normal life? Because life is like that. Moving to islands and isles, exploring and knowing alot of stuff.
Why is there no Russian battleship "Poltava" in the video?? I think this ship is worth mentioning.

Why on earth is the SS Great Britain not on this list? It’s a far more interesting ship and backstory than some on this list.

I think the Jamestown ships are prettier than the Mayflower 2. Also, why were USS Constitution, USS Olympia, and USCG Eagle left off this list.
I suppose one has to decide what is meant by “old” ship and some if those listed are almost complete rebuilds. Also beauty is very subjective. Many sailing ships of the first half of the 20th century are in my opinion much more beautiful than most of those listed.
As I watched this I realized one of the ships in the vid is visible from my hotel room😂
Why was the USS Constitution excluded from your list? She is definitely better looking than some of the ships you included! She is also more historically significant than some of the ships that made your list.
