How to clean white walls wheels (lowrider bikes)

I’m restoring my lowrider wheels taking the rust out and cleaning my white walls making them live again.The way I clean them is very easy.

Sos pads leave small scratches in the chrome over time they can cause rust, for chrome rims I would recommend chrome polish and taking your time, but I would never recommend steel wool or sos pads

N for the middle of the rims where u cant get. i use heavy duty degreaser,let it sit n wash off with water hose. The rest should come off with toothbrush
