It funny I didn’t really know it was explicit, I’m 60 years old and I just lave him…have you heard so many other songs these days? All of them have really explicit lyrics. I love Jungkook’s dancing and his amazing voice. When I was young the Jackson 5 and the Osmond’s,Michael Jackson, and movies live Grease and Saturday Night Fever,Urban Cowboy, Dirty Dancing really left a lasting impression in my mind, Jungkook (and of course BTS) really catch my attention and my heart! Jungkook was just born with it, what ever magic it is to that makes him a star! He could sing a commercial, and I would listen to it every day. He doesn’t have to say a word I would watch him every day. So for explicit lyrics, I just ignored them and enjoy Jungkook for the person. He is always his fan and old enough to be a granny ❤

Does not matter if it's because of a collaboration or type of promotion that was done for a member; negativity is negativity, and it hurts my heart for the members, because they all work so hard.

A fandom cleanse definitely happening since a lot of diet solos have been showing their true colors. I listen to both. I love both. At first, I wasn't particularly fond of Jack Harlow's rapping. But, the more that I listened to it, the more that it didn't bother me. I will love and support JK unconditionally with the decisions that he makes both professionally and personally. Yes, I will stream and vote for both versions of 3D just like I have for SEVEN. JK is so multi-talented. He is also a sweet and kind-hearted young man and no matter what songs that he chooses to sing now and in the future will not change that.
Well... when I listen to Spotify I listen more to the explicit version (I really like explicit versions), but I like to listen to both versions. When I want to hear JK rocking the vocals, I go to the version clean (not that in the original version he doesn't rock the vocals, we heard them well, but in the clean version we heard them more intently).

I will listen to both to support JK, but I prefer the alternate version. No hate to Jack. He seems like a nice person and a good rapper, but I personally do not like his word choices. They jar me out of my enjoyment of the overall song. I feel like it needs to be said that we can love and support JK, and still not vibe with someone featuring on his song. I personally loved Latto's verse on Seven and feel it was more explicit than Jack's, but her flow and delivery was immaculate. I can't say the same for Jack's verse.

I don't know if I'm just old and overreacting but my issue with Jack's verse is two things: the line "I done put these shrooms to good use", and the word thot. If anyone knows what he intended with the shrooms line Please let me know. Part of me hopes he's the one taking them then problem solved but if he's putting them to good use in the sense that he's making her take them so he can then have his way with her... Ick ick grrr. For thot, I'm not sure if many realize that means "That Ho Over There". Not really something I want normalized in every day speech as a way to refer to women through a pop song. As another commenter noted, we hear so much worse in American songs. It's just disappointing to me that JK allowed that into his song, especially considering BTS' experience with the Boy in Luv controversy and RM saying he consults experts in women's studies about his lyrics. I will listen to both to support JK, but I prefer the alternate version. No hate to Jack. He seems like a nice person and a good rapper, but I personally do not like his word choices. They jar me out of my enjoyment of the overall song. I feel like it needs to be said that we can love and support JK, and still not vibe with someone featuring on his song. I personally loved Latto's verse on Seven and feel it was more explicit than Jack's, but her flow and delivery was immaculate. I can't say the same for Jack's verse.

Hi Gabbsi, I really like all the version of JK's songs. I'm from Italy and in our music industry there are a lot of vulgar songs, so I am used to listen even if I don't like it... it's too much... I think JK ones are not that disrespectful and it suits his young age. maybe other Armys don't like it as they come from different culture. I don't know if I'm just old and overreacting but my issue with Jack's verse is two things: the line "I done put these shrooms to good use", and the word thot.
If anyone knows what he intended with the shrooms line Please let me know. Part of me hopes he's the one taking them then problem solved but if he's putting them to good use in the sense that he's making her take them so he can then have his way with her... Ick ick grrr.
For thot, I'm not sure if many realize that means "That Ho Over There". Not really something I want normalized in every day speech as a way to refer to women through a pop song.
As another commenter noted, we hear so much worse in American songs. It's just disappointing to me that JK allowed that into his song, especially considering BTS' experience with the Boy in Luv controversy and RM saying he consults experts in women's studies about his lyrics.
