For the longest time, my favorite rendition of this concerto was done by Kyung-Wha Chung but I think this topped it. Sergey's Beethoven is absolutely divine.

Just heard him play the Beethoven Violin Concerto live at Kennedy Center Washington D.C. It was by far the finest live performance of it I have ever heard. Quite simply stunningly expressive! Surely an international star in the making?
