Thank you ,I have a bumper crop of wild blackberries in 2024 in northern Wisconsin, I can get two gallons full each picking every two days.I experimented with apples in for pectin strained seeds and 1 cup sugar frozen makes nice tart and healthy sorbet. Saw store bought berries $5.00 a pint. froze a lot whole for cold winter canning.
