I also work full time and before, I was cooking in bulk over the weekend too. I will always be tired over the weekend and extremely tired on Monday and Tuesday. So now eh I do it after work 😂😂😂 .

@@ijeomaaganoke8443 I didn’t disagree with her and that’s the conventional idea. but health professionals here in the UK advise to give babies 1 up to their one year. If you have given birth here in the UK, your health visitor will tell you so.

@@IntentionalFavouryou are right favour. I was not told by the health visitor but I read on the NHS website that follow on milk is not necessary and that we can continue giving first infant milk till their first birthday.

@@bmsolayinkaafolabi Yes, very true. According to them, from one year, they can take the full fat blue milk and they don't need the follow on (2) milk. I also heard the first infant milk is more nutritious than the follow on milk 🤷
