Thank you! 💜This was very educational!:)) I watched a few videos that weren’t as helpful and yours finally answered a question I had about tea! You’re the best ✨
It is usually matcha because you are drinking the entire leaf. The high quality ones are higher in nutrients and you can find them here: nioteas.com/collections/ceremonial-matcha
Ginger is great for inflammation, but its a root not a leaf, so it needs to be boiled. You dont boil green and black teas, you steep them in hot water. Boiling destroys green and black teas
Tumeric is also good for inflammation but its fat soluble root so it requires hot milk with black pepper for a "tea" to be effective, unless you just cook it in your food, which is common in asian foods.
@@staciyoung6469 Thanks Staci, I take supplements of Tumeric and others for imflamation, but I just wondered which Tea contained the largest amount of Polyphenols and ECGC. I suffer with peripheral neuropathy and PAD that prevents proper sleep. I am 82 yrs old/ type2 Diabetic for more than 30 yrs. 3-B CKD doesn’t help much either! I think agent Orange may be suspect!
it is tough to say for sure but the most cited compounds when it comes to the health benefits of tea are catechins and green tea has more so I would have to say green tea

You guys are awesome! Your videos are so informative 😁
Puerh is a fantastic tea ,especially black gold and old tree puerh.
Im glad you like it! I like to try these teas from time to time as they are so different from the Japanese green teas we work with
Which teas deliver the highest nutritional/anti-inflammatory benefits?

In your opinion which tea is healthier? Green tea or Oolong tea?
it is tough to say for sure but the most cited compounds when it comes to the health benefits of tea are catechins and green tea has more so I would have to say green tea
Need to know the difference in nutritional values of each
this I don't have exact measurements for because every type is different
Well the main difference is that green tea is not flammable while oolong tea is highly flammable
is this really true?
@@Nioteas They’re making a joke (reference) to a show where “oolong” is a name given to a mixture of whiskey and vodka. Hence, why its more flammable.
