Solar panel decreases output power gradually after few years. It is not recommended for big loads.
You missed capacitive/ inductive loads. Power factor 0.9 maximum. Any load should not be more than 70% supplied power.

As per your mentioned system and calculations how many hours needed to charge that battery?
All formulas and calculation seems good. What about sun you cant get equal sun light and Amps for the whole day. With 150 W solar panel you get 7 amp only for few hours in summer only.
i did a mistake at last point sorry for that... current 2 bar likh de to 45 ho gai 25 he chaye the just for battery charging..

Great information brother! I m from India and I have a question that I heard about that these solar panel can produce power for 6 hours only. And u recommended only double power for panels. Please advice as according to theory we need atleast 3 times power plate if we are not using full power constantly. Thanks in advance for guidance.
