As a tipper myself, I'd always wondered why there were no more New Year's Day functions at the Dam. It seems like since those stopped, New Year's Day functions haven't been the same. But we all still ridin'.
I'm the same as far as riding out goes. I prefer to hit the streets as well. Slide thru downtown, hit Sunset to Hollywood Blvd, Melrose, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, West LA, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, PCH, the coast, Long Beach, Belmont Shore, WHEREVER ! Just get lost ! Even if I'm solo. Put some good music on and go wherever the wind blows. Sh*t, one day me and my boy were tippin' our cars up PCH for so long, we didn't realize how far we had gone until it started looking like f**kin' FARMLAND ! I started thinking, "Dammit, we in TEXAS !" 😂 We turned around way up at Point Magu by the Airforce Base !

I'm a fan of Punchy and Gangsta but he said Punchy can't be a og in the game because he wasn't riding in the 80s but Punchy is 6 to 8 years younger than Gangsta. Also the example Gangsta gave for bangers is why Punchy is a gee in the game .
I haven't had a rider in a while but as a fan of the culture I'll say this, ANYONE WHO MAKES IT ON THIS SHOW IS A GEE IN THE LOWRIDING GAME! This show is like the Drink Champs of lowriding. This show dictates the culture to me. I bet there are dudes sitting up wishing they were guest on this show and mad that they can't get an invite. Again , making it on this show means you are one of the people who move the culture.

OG IS NOTHING GOOD AN OG IS A PERSON THAT HAS DONE A LOT OF DIRT ALL SORTS SUM BEEN TO PRISON SUM HAVEN'T MANY DEAD AND GONE . MANY SURVIVED TO CHANGE THEIR WAYZ.
@Derrick Carpenter I wasn't speaking to the meaning of OG. I'm from Compton I know the meaning. Let's change the word to VETERAN, or let's use the phrase seasoned. No matter the superlative Punchy can't get downgraded because he wasn't around in the 80s , he was a teenager. I'm only speaking to that. He said Punchy wasn't around, and because of that he isn't a Vet, OG, etc...

G's perspective is unique... not many people can tell a story like his. G always been a good brother, always showed love to me 100%. im glad there is platforms like this to give all them bruthas they flowers while they still here! and those that are gone, get spoken on by the many guest and thats how it should be!

I remember Santana being built at Compton Hydraulics it was all white no patterns but chrome out I met Gangsta that day I brought my first lowrider cutlass there at Compton Hydraulics Kevin, Gangsta wanted me to be in Majestics He liked the blue color and graphics on my cutlass. But yeah Santana was 💯 I missed that impala I also seen Gangsta paradise at Compton Hydraulics being built too
