Finally someone explaining how to apply a leg bandage covering the fine points on the direction in which you apply! I see so many people wrapping backwards when doing supports wraps pulling at the tendon and wrapping at the bone. Although it’s not critical on a wound bandage used to cover wounds when pressure is not needed. I always wrap the same way regardless just to be safe. Thank you for explaining the process.
