I met Kyle in Reno NV, when I waited on his table. He asked me if I was coming to the show and I said I couldn't afford it. He offered me free tickets; backstage included. Best night of my life. I was star struck when I met Dave. They gave me a a hug outside the cantina, (a local casino mexican hop). I will never forget that day. Kyle also took a picture with my girlfriend. I got her into metal and you were the first band that paved the way.
So weird hearing a song without Kyle. Some part of me can hear him singing the chorus. He’s been gone for a year and all of a sudden it’s hitting me again hard RIP Kyle 😢
I was literally thinking the same thing. part of me can actually feel him singing with them. my heart can feel their loss in this, they're so strong. 😞
I love how people are accepting that even though Kyle isn't here anymore it's still a good band and it will always be a great band instead of hating on the new music like a lot of other bands, the community comes together and mourns together.
That’s because mad bands just release corny ass shit after putting out fire for like their first 3 albums then they just sellout. SOOOO many metalcore bands do it. They deserve the negative feedback if they get it. WCAR isn’t one of those bands, but they have been kind of stagnant since 2010 with their music. Sure, they’ve released stuff but they haven’t topped TPAS imho. With that being said, I think this new stuff will bring back those old fans as it’s a very mature sound. They definitely don’t bring anything new to the table, since this is basically Diet Architects, but I’m totally with the vibe. Can’t wait for the full record.
@@GreenGenerationTV They were one of the first Bands that got me into the whole Core Scene and that was around 2011 when Understanding dropped. Tbh they haven't topped TPAS and UWWGTB, those are just near perfect Records and i have to admit i jumped ship around time the self titled album was released, because it was just to poppy and stuff. Then i just wanted to look up what they were doing now (2018) and found out they released anither record (CLW) which was more Back to the Roots, and shortly after i got the Message that Kyle passed. I was still happy that they were gonna continue without him, it's still WCAR, yes it's kinda weird only hearing Dave but let's see what the future holds and i'm so hyped of the Album, whenever it may drop

I remember when I first saw WCAR live during Alesana’s The Emptiness tour way back in 2010. First time I had heard of them, and it blew my mind how amazing they were. 9 years later and still continue to getting better and better! RIP Kyle, your memory will carry on!
Saw Alesana in Fresno last year they killed it. Had a chance to see We Came as Romans also in Fresno, but didn’t take it. Wanted to see The Plot in You a couple weeks later instead, as some friends of mine were in the opening acts for them, but things just got in the way of that.
I lost one of my best friends. Even when he was dying, he said he wanted us (his friends) to live a good life and remember him. I'm sure Kyle wanted the same and there is no better way to celebrate his life than keeping his legacy alive. May he rest in piece and celebrate his life, always. RIP Kyle

When I heard the absolute tragedy that the vocalist for my favorite band, since their inception, had passed away, I was actually pretty depressed. I even met them at show in my home town! They're just really awesome and genuine guys. I've always dealt with depression so that kind of makes it like... way worse.
