Psiloritis Refrigerators | The abandoned factory that became a garbage dump
This is the company LOGISTICS "PSILORETIS" which had storage refrigerated areas for storing products, on the north entrance of the capital (border of Metamorphosis with New Philadelphia). The company went bankrupt in 2012 with debts to the State of 3,675 million.
Small fires (last on March 5, 2016) have destroyed the last remnants of thermal insulation inside the warehouses, while no equipment or infrastructure is saved from the high-rise (7-level building).
Now the building is a source of pollution for the area of ​​Metamorfosi and has become a small garbage dump.
