Same Sarah I struggle with most of the JHaG scents and they are so pricey. The only full bottle I own is Ode to Dullness which I think is worth getting your nose on. I love your honesty so much.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Lipstick On was Replica and Lipstick Fever was JHaG. Both were great actually.

I love Jovan Musk I've worn it since I was a young woman, but on me Musc Invisible is not the same, it's not a dupe. The only thing that's the same as that they're both musk fragrances and they have an animalic (humanalic) quality rather than a white, soapy, clean musk quality. MI smells soft and comforting like rumpled warm slept in bed sheets, or like warm hair, or like a lover's shirt. It's like musk blended with ambergris, not ambroxen. It's an incredible scent and I have heard that some people are anosmic to it, but thankfully I'm not because this is my favorite musk of all time. It has good performance on me but I suppose that varies from person to person. I do usually get on with Juliette has a Gun fragrances though. I love Lipstick Fever too 😊 I got my bottle for $48, which is more than Jovan, but not excessive to me. You can find good deals on it.
Add: I have to come back and say that I thought you were referring to Jovan Musk for women that I was comparing it to not Jovan White Musk that you were comparing it to because the Jovan's are very different. I thought you meant the Jovan for Women, sorry about that. Though I still don't think it's a dupe for Jovan White Musk. Honestly I don't like White Musk as it's too floral and soapy on me, and I don't get any floral with Musc Invisible and it's not soapy at all - on me. But anyway, I wanted to correct that, thanks Sarah :)

Hi Love! It must be a skin chemistry thing because I get a lot of the florals from MI and I was referring to Jovan Musk for women, not the White musk. On my skin MI smells almost identical to it. I can see MI being very different though if you get mostly musk and none of the florals. ❤️

I heard you right then, I went to the fragrantica site and they were comparing it to the White Musk and that's why I thought I misunderstood. Okay, yeah, I agree it has to be skin chemistry. I have such weird skin chemistry Sarah :D

Unfortunately, musc is one of those notes that's very hit and miss on my skin. Invisible Musc really worked, though, so thanks to you Jovan Musk is now on my to buy list
