They are great. It all looks so elegant. I´ve been trying to do muscle-ups for years now. Obviously I dont try hard enough. It´s like gravity is having fun with me.
Amazing skills ladies. It has given me the motivation to try some freestyle this weekend but I'm sure it won't look like that ha ha
Just wanted to thank you guys for posting this stuff. It wasn't until I accidentally stumbled upon one of your female motivation videos when I realized that calisthenics is just fucking awesome. Even though I have a loooooot of work to do (with my own fitness), it has motivated me to do it myself and further my education in fitness. I was already doing nutrition stuff, but your stuff kind of completed the bigger picture for me. So thank you :)

Ed water weight mass from roids?
Na, Im just fat. Not even really fat just a higher body fat percentage but within the healthy range. You might be use to seening me at single digits but that has been a while ago. Its stressful to stay that low naturally. Key sign of someone on roids is sixpack full year long, for years on end. You see my weight go up and down, it usually takes long periods as well. Go watch your favorite youtubers and look for their shreddedness for years on end. "Aesthetics bra"
