Oh, thank you so very much! That was lovely and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time it took to film this and write a pattern. I am making some tomorrow!🤗
Thank you for the video! It was very good. Kinda of wish the camera fuzzies didn't happen, but what can you say... The instruction was quite good!! All in all, the best instruction I have seen so far! :) :)
Thanks for your message. The camera focus frustrates me too. ☺️ One day I’ll learn how to adjust the settings properly, just when I think I have conquered it I watch back and it’s fuzzy. But I will keep trying, and thanks for appreciating the instructions 😎😎
Use a single row of nylon braid to seperate your two socks/wrist warmers with waste yarn on both sides, remove the nylon and hey presto your items seperate, so easy.
Nylon braid isn’t easily available where I live. I have settled on a fishing line that I found. It’s perfect for the job. Thank you for the recommendation 😎
I don't know if you have this in Wales or not, but #3 mercerized crochet cotton (U.S. terminology) works really well as ravel cord. It works really well on the circular knitting machines (Sentro, Addi, etc.) so one would think it will work on a CSM too. Just one row between waste yarn and project yarn - easy peasy to pull it out.
Thanks for the great video, I'm a newbie erlbacher CSM owner in Northumberland and loving it! When you adjust the tension for the thumb are you making it looser.
Hiya! Thanks for the lovely comment. Yes I am loosening up for the thumb, don’t forget to take the heel spring off and tighten up again once the thumb is knit. You will find that these are a great gift for your friends. I must have made about 30 pairs in the last week 😎 Happy cranking!
So you started the thumb at 3oclock? And counted the 20 needles up toward 12oclock ? Was this the same start place for both of the wrist warmers or did you reverse it to 9oclock on the other one? Lots of blurry pics so just try to get clarification.
you are so sweet to make us a video, a million thanks to you! You were very clear and gave a warm and informative class.
Thank you so much for your lovely words. I hope you enjoy making it 😎

I am from Australia and yes I have one very older but working good
Put a bulb safety pin on the stitch you want to start your hung hem on, makes it so easy to locate down in the centre and bring up to hang.
Thank you 🙏

What size cylinder … I have 72 and 54
I used a 72 cylinder 👍🏼

I repeat the same process for both 👍🏼
