I have a lot of questions, but mainly is about the fact if the number of latin american students in Taiwan, as a guy from Ecuador i would really love to study at NTU and how important it is to learn Chinese, currently my english level is B2 but I just begun learning Chinese and at least for a person in my country it is pretty difficult, but I effort a lot
