Theory:- hog rider uses hammer to break buildings and builder use his hammer to create and upgrade the buildings, hence they maintain the balance between creation and destruction, so there is no way it will be hog rider but my suspect is Wizard as they are jealous of builders intelligence becuase after all builder is the smartest in the village who upgrades and create new buildings thats why in the jealousy the wizards steals the hammer so that the builder cant upgrade or create new buildings, and wizard can win the noble prize in magic and science
