My god. I NEEDED this. I was so worried. I feel ungrounded. I feel different. But…I grew up in severe trauma, so maybe I am a lighthearted and bubbly person! I don’t have extreme ups and downs anymore. This will take a while to get used to. I almost “miss” my dysfunction! I hope I can feel better.

Thank you so much for posting this! It's wild bc I've been seeing 22 and 222 for about a few weeks. And my 22nd birthday was 3 weeks ago. I definitely needed this reading because back in November I had flipped my car and ended up breaking my neck in 4 places. I miraculously have no damage to my spinal cord. The result of the accident made me forfeit my fall college graduation (uncharted seas for sure) and it helped connect me with my ex. This is crazy, I had originally chosen the second pile but as I was listening to it my mind kept going back to the 11 in the first pile and I felt like I was absolutely want to listen to that one. I was literally planning a new schedule today, trying to make sure that I do a little every day to keep moving forward, and that I make it less like a chore and more like fun.
