My "Free" ancient they gave out today got me Jeera so I am happy. Sitting at 140 into next lord pity so I guess I'll save it for Ingrid as I didn't get Praetus. Hyped to watch the summons for Sassy today! Honestly, this clarification this soon and the ancients gave out today was a nice surprise. On top of them doing two different reworks for both Lucius and Semrah. I feel like they are actually listening to players and paying attention so I am happy. Also, WoRGuides had a video on it earlier today that showed direct response from the Moonton contact saying it was just a one off thing to help players get a little bit more rare summoning for the Nascent since we had two rare summoning events in teh same weekend.
When I saw this in my mailbox today, my first thought was, "Thank you, and well done, Fasti", my second thought was to give Props to Moonton for listening to their players and doing the right thing.
Moonton is hands down the best devs in their game space. Plarium would never be this responsive. HUGE part of the reason I left Raid and their responsiveness has fully informed my level of spend with these guys.
First, thanks Fasti for what you are doing, and I'm not underestimating the rest of the CCs, but you seem to really invest into the community development by being vocal about our concerns, supporting other CCs, the website... Man, you're on fire, absolutely deserved 1st place. Congrats! And the second thing is kudos to Moonton for reacting to the feedback in the way they did!
I've played numerous mobile games for years. There is NOTHING like your website that is incredibly helpful, aesthetic, and free. So much value for the community. 🎉

Super glad to see that the good fixes come as fast as the fixes on what they feel is bad. Said before quick fixes on some of these bugs like anti heal bug arent bad that they get fixed fast as long as they fix ither things just as fast. Goodjob moonton

I got those 2 ancient summoning crystals last night when I got home I pulled one and got twin fiend...then server locked out for update what timing! Made my weekend of futility not quite as horrible ha ha thank you!! Salazar in nascent... aracha a1 killing my Lord pity but that didnt stop twin fiend from coming home!

I've played a number of this type of game, and they are by far the most responsive company that I have seen. Hey, I don't know where people tend to gather this kind of info, but I discovered a secret achievement I'd never heard of before (it says it's achieved by < 0.01% of the player base, so might be one of the new ones?) It's "Win Some, Lose Some : Get one win followed by one loss 3 times consecutively" 10 achievement points and 30 diamonds.
Big W for Moonton, they listened and they fixed it fast . As a side fun fuct i actually got Preatus on the second of these shards. (no miraculous summons...i was already at 202 but at least it was him :D)
Hats off to Moonton. Respect for the fast changes they make, and the good things they do to the game. Now better transparancy on the pulls, and better pity for lords on Ancients would be awesome. I have 1 lord and 0 exclusive and do not see myself getting any soon

Definitely a quality move Moonton Very cool stuff you're doing with your website Fast Id like to start a petition for something to be done about Jeera. Her kit..is bad. Firstly shes a northerer arbiter and she gets no dmg nor utility from shields. Secondly, her ult going permanent works against her because it kills all of her sustain. Whats more her atk interval increase on the ult nerfs your flat damage increase and makes her more reliant on her completely rng reliant counterattack dmg Her passive that gives damage as a percentage of health is practically worthless.. Shes just not good anywhere and for her, a brand new arbiter to be released alongside the best hero in the game, it's...tough that you pull a new release that doesnt do anything well, even what she was designed for

Just as a suggestion, I completely understand if this is not actioned, what about a community builds section for the site, where the builds can be liked/disliked/upvoted/downvoted etc, where people can even add a few details as to why they chose what they chose?
That is super cool they listened, responded, and went beyond expectation! Why are you opposed to some adds on your website? There are definitely ways of doing that without being obtrusive or annoying - as a user, I wouldn't be opposed to an add.

Going on day 324, I can honestly say I’ve always felt the devs have always tried listening to us the consumer the community since the beginning, continue improvements which has been a big reason I’ve continued to play this game for so long along… ❤ only more great things ahead!

I love this game a ton I play basically everyday and am in constant communication with my guild about the game and progression I’m very happy moonton listened and fixed the mistake of taking away the ancients from brace conquest , other game developers need to see this kind of dedication and ability to listen and respond to the player base like moonton , only gripe I have is my ancient pulls have been nothing short of crappy but RNG sucks haha , love your videos Fasti and can’t wait for more to come on your awesome website ! I got Praetus off those summons they gave in the mail lol so just this weekend I got Trusk, Praetus, Tordor, anai, and nocturne and i'm in 12th place in event lol
Now hold on, what did they set them at in terms of points required to get them? I'm happy they where solid on making up but they may no longer be at the points it was before. Could make it twice as hard for ftp to get the amceints by putting them at 12k instead of the 6k.

some ppl thought it was a dodgy move doing this during the patreus banner from moonton whhich i agree but im with fasti lets be honest they turn things around so fst and listen to the community there is alot of gaming companies that dont listen to thier playerbase at all this is a company i can stand behind being a f2p player for 10 months heck without forcing me i might put some money in wor well done moonton your website is just getting better super stoked
apparently you have to close the game and reopen it if youve been logged on the game all day, to get the 2 free ancients...i was like wtf where are my free ancients
All gave dev can make miatake from code or just marketing team can force them to unwanted moves. But this guys at least admit when thwey drop the ball and try to fix it without going to strong or to low on the problem. Balance ia important.
