I don't care what others say, Swampfox is pushing the envelope of ingenuity, performance and affordability. My Warhawk 5-25's meet more than enough performance of something like a Nightforce ATACR at a fraction of the price. I would know, I have one.
Had one since release. Couple of complaints is the ARD. Has a shine to it. The coating I'd imagine. Sent a replacement one, same issue. And the battery tray needs to be on the other side.
With the PA glx 1x micro prism about to drop I think we’ll be seeing the slx drop to 199. If these were a little less costly I think they could compete.
With Shake Awake, how long will the battery last in different brightness modes? That is something not mentioned in this video or in many other similar ones (not SwampFox)
Maximum battery life is rated at 35,000 hours if running continuously. Using lower brightness and Shake N' Wake, it could last far longer. True real world experience will vary depending on how often you use it.
I recently got one, how do ya'll handle the visible distortion? I keep adjusting the rear lens but it still seems to have some magnification, which gives me a slight headache after "training" (dry fire clear the house) for 15 minutes. Other than that, it has great form and function and the value can't be beat with all the extras that would have to ordered with any other optic.
I’m curious what the reticle looks like with a 3x magnifier. And if the center dot is 50 and 200 yards, obviously barrel length dependent but what the other dots would line up as for distance
The holds are measured out for 5, 10, 15 yds. Where they line up for distance is completely up to barrel length, velocity, and your own DOPE measurements on your rifle.
i've never had a swampfox that has held zero i've returned 5 optic's and same goes with my 3 monstrum optics i have returned than all for failure to hold zero now only use ARKEN OPTICS or holosun
I can't wait till somebody makes a 8 power or 10 power microprism with a red dot on top. That would destroy the lpvo market and make my rifle so much lighter
@JB-ez2jz seriously. I've been running lpvo Optics in two gun for 15 years. Before that it was an ACOG with a doctor optic. Now I just run a lpvo with a red dot on top. I never touched the magnification. It just stays on 8x. All of that weight and it literally just amounts to a fixed 8 optic. The Red Dot handles everything out to 100 yards.
It does! It is very sensitive, ensuring the optic is absolutely ready whenever you need it. It will only turn off after being completely stationary after a short period of time.
I have a request , I have the arrow 1-10 and love it . But I want a Meprolight M22 but I want a Swampfox M22 ya dig . It’s good for 10yrs until recharging is necessary . Anyways I’m a company loyal kinda guy.
@@SwampfoxOptics love the versatility just a bit of a tease. I’ve recently checked this optic out and it is damn good quality for sure. Just wish there were other/cheaper ways to get what’s advertised since that’d definitely a sweet setup. But that’s a me/budget problem.
I'm totally buying it for my next AR build. I love your Arrowhead 1x10 so much, I've become a Swampfox fan for life
I have two of these. Affordable, tank-tough and effective. I love the Raider!
I LOVE my Raider Red BRC prism sight. It is super crisp even for a person like me that has an extreme astigmatism.
I was using my 510c while doing load development at the range yesterday. I had to pick which dot to aim at, lol.

Agree, im pretty impressed with the company. I have a Warhawk, arrowhead and Kentucky long. All are very nice.
Love my raider. Green BRC was a game changer. Now I'm not aiming with dog the bounty hunters mullet anymore
Definitely on my wish list.
Love my green Raider....

Ant--Reflection devices for Prisms as well as ALL LPVOs would be very welcome
Will this work with a magnifier behind it? Not sure how eye relief on a prism affects its usability with a 3x or 5x
Always need competition in the optic world. PA, you better be paying attention.
😳
Got a Raider on my Flux Raider its damn nice 👍
raider on a raider is the best way to go
This is the only micro prism I’ve found that comes in a dot only version. Dealbreaker is the giant battery compartment on the side.
And whats the advantage in dot only vs horse shoe and chevron..
With the PA glx 1x micro prism about to drop I think we’ll be seeing the slx drop to 199. If these were a little less costly I think they could compete.
I'm looking forward to the raider vs glx showdown. The glx glass looks blue
How does it perform with a 3x magnifier?
If I put this on a unity micro riser or unity micro s riser, will it line up with my flip to center unity magnifier I have as well?
Anyone know roughly when a 3x micro prism will be released? Please and thank you 🙏
Not for a while my dude
Can anyone tell me
How good the night vision is on one of these

Just play with how close/far you have it mounted. There should be a certain mounting point where the sight picture looks pretty darn close to true 1x
@codyboland8109 tried that too
What is the eye relief?
3.54"
Does it have both reticles available, or is it only the green dot OR red BDC? (2 diff models?)
They're two different models. Both the 6 MOA dot and BDC are available in red and green illumination, but not in the same optic.
@ thank you

What straight vertical “tall” mount is that on the rifle?
Check out Parker Mountain Machine!
Looks good
It is 😍

bro if you've had 8 optics "lose zero", are you sure you're mounting them correctly?
@@SwampfoxOptics I run an FFL outa my house lol

The footprint is a big win, does it have the same height as the T2 ?
No, the body/centerline is a little bit taller than the T2.
Got one love it. Bandit still coming out?
complete honesty, they stopped telling me. they know Ill spill it

Love my PA 5x with top dot. Poor man’s acog

Swfa has a very durable lineup of fixed mag scopes that would fit the bill.
At higher magnifications, optics become cumbersome in size.
What mount do I need to lower 1/3 cowitness with my fsp?
the one that comes in the box
@@SwampfoxOpticsthat just sold it for me…when there’s a sale
Is this calibrated for Shotgun use?
Sure is
Mine doesn't have shake awake
It does! It is very sensitive, ensuring the optic is absolutely ready whenever you need it. It will only turn off after being completely stationary after a short period of time.
Do y’all sell the 1.93” mount, by itself?
Yes
@@SwampfoxOptics I don’t see it listed on the website. Only as an add on when purchasing the raider.
I don’t see it listed separately either. Only option is an add-on.

I promise you have our permission to buy a Meprolight M22. There is enough love for all of us
That battery knob though…..
Yeah, it's big, and it's gotta go somewhere
Lifetime warranty?
We have a limited lifetime warranty! More info on our website!

So the whole hype video is with a mount you guys don’t even offer? 😀
Kinda the point of making it a T2 footprint.
