- Day 23 of Nerds Paradise for 7 Days To Die 1.0 seems to get stranger and stranger! First we hit up an underground army camp FULL of naught things, then discover a strange silo which can only be where some testing had taken place. And the zombies...well, you will have to see for yourself!

You say turrets are bad for screamers, 100 zombies come out of their hole, Turrets do your thing ... I think turrets are good, screamers are bad. I loved the broken leg. Sorry, but it made me laugh. Great episode, from a great, creative person.

I can never find enough resources lol. I finally found a massive nitrate and coal mine I can exploit, but the amount of steel I need is CRAZY lol.
If you scroll in on the map you can see each type of ore, and it's colour. Makes it easy to find the specific resources you need 👍 just keep smacking away until you have enough lol yeah steel is a bugger! Gotta get that auger 😉
@@PriMate I'm using a MOD that turns the wrench and ratchet into a one strike gatherer. Like, I can hit a tree and get all the wood with it or hit the ground once and it digs a hole, so I haven't used the auger yet, but I have dug a small mine in the snow biome and the only thing I'm not sure about is how far down you can actually go.
Will you drop out of the map at a certain point or will it just stop you when you get to the bottom of bedrock world? I've had a few instances where I've seen the outside world while digging, but it usually corrects itself, that's why I wonder that.
@alderoth01 ah cool cool. Yes, correct, there is a bedrock and it's males a "ding" sound when you hit it 👍
What I tend to do it dif diagonally down all the way to bedrock. Then keep digging in a line until I hit ore. Then mine it all. That way it keeps the screamers up top while you are far below
I normal set my items for preparation like melting items in forge or cooking pot and set a timer for however long they need fallpwed by going out to quest or gather more materials.

Yes the zombie for me were irradiated ones as I did not find it till day 93 so quite fun

Screamers are out of control. It's no fun to constantly be dealing with them. I can hardly do anything at my base. Screamers also shouldn't call in more screamers, nor should they be active in the hours before (or during) horde nights. Also, I've seen them scream when someone was working at their base that was at least 15 stories up. That's ridiculous.
Maybe they could add a setting for screamer activity.
Yeah agreed Tyghe, they spawn VERY quickly now! A simple fix would be to edit the XML files to reduce the "heat" back to Alpha 21 style.
Actually, let me see if I can get a mod made for that!
they do appear to be overly sensitive these days....I've taken to only running things at the base when I leave or logout.

Primate ol son if you want more legendary parts go find a savage country you should get 5 or 6. definitely a better idea building horde base in winter biome. do you have a repulsor mod on your baton yet? bud your so concerned with screamers when your mining, stop throwing iron things on the ground and scrap them. you will be surprised how much you gather in one poi. lmfao soon as you clicked the yellow valve in the tunnel TH-cam switched to an add and it scared the crap out of me lol.
Haha ads scaring you more than the screamers 😂 shall start keeping the iron 👍 and yes, yes, YES we definitely need more legendary parts!! Ive nearly seen any t5 and no t5 on the RWG map yet 😞 may have to unlock the gyro and go exploring!
