My favorite is the one level with 4 bedrooms. Tromball seems like my kinda town. We are currently in Oregon but depending if things continue downhill we are highly considering a move. One level homes are much easier IMO to maintain and we are partial empty nesters.
I like the first house because i have four kids and in that 5 bedroom everyone can have their own room / space and the price is kinda unbeatable especially with everything included
I loved the smaller homes at $260....why?? Because he country is in a Recession and everyone cant afford $500,000 dollar homes....Im an empty nester and dont need a lot of space as well 😍I love your videos, keep up the good work and the clients will come 🙌🏽💪🏽🥰
I’m from California, and considering a vacation home in resort style type of communities with nice amenities. This community doesn’t have too much I’m looking for, but the location and price sounds great. My max I would pay is $285k.

The skinny rectangular living/kitchen are so claustrophobic for me. I’d always hang out in the upstairs living room
The first home looks great for the price!
Looks like a beautiful community!

Visit in the middle of summer when its 100f so u have a feel of it. Houston js not my fave in summer, too hot and too humid, I cannot even get out
Can you recommend a builder that doesn't use wall to wall carpet in that part of town?
Most don’t use carpet except in the bedrooms
I'm interested in a big one story home. By the lake I'm ready to buy.
Is there a new community fee? Ccd?
How do I get one with less neighbors being directly too close on either side left right and front?
Nice home I wish were in san Diego with that price tag 😂
Are these area safe? Are there any houses near to woodland which can be bought in 2100 to 2300 per month mortgage?
