- Welcome to the Friday Broadcast (Part 1) of the 2024 Scottsdale Auction, originally airing on History Channel, Friday, January 26, 2024!
Day 7 proved to be a spectacular star-studded day with many special guests around the auction site at WestWorld. Several sports, entertainment and automotive celebrities were on hand to check out the excitement at the auction today. Larry Fitzgerald, the legendary Arizona Cardinals wide receiver, was in attendance, as was Race car driver Kurt Busch and automobile designer Chip Foose.
@ShelbyAmericanInc President Gary Patterson and Carroll Shelby’s grandson Aaron Shelby made an appearance on the auction block with Barrett-Jackson Chairman and CEO @CraigJacksonCollection and President Steve Davis for the charity sale of a 1968 Shelby GT350 re-creation built for and donated to the Carroll Shelby Automotive Program at Northeast Texas Community College. As is tradition, all auction fees were waived for the important sale, which raised $100,000 to provide scholarships for students interested in the program.
Enthusiastic bidders and automotive fans filled the auction arena as just over 400 sought-after high-performance supercars, powerful trucks and sleek sports and muscle cars crossed the block. Six-figure sales kept the action in the fast lane, and the roar of the audience grew with each bang of the gavel.
Friday’s top sales included Lot 1094, a 1969 @ford Mustang Boss 429 for $440,000; Lot 1067, a 1967 @Chevrolet C10 custom pickup that sold for $330,000; Lot 1106.1, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle custom coupe that’s going to a new home for $280,500; Lot 1079, a 1968 @Dodge Charger custom coupe for $275,000; and Lot 1045, a 1965 Superformance MKIII roadster known as “The Italian Job” and the world’s fastest Cobra, which sold for $242,000.

I love Barrett Jackson auction….. I was there years ago and want to go back asap
after i get the patio finished, im gonna buy old nonrunning vehicles for the restaraunt and turn them into booths ill chop the tops off put umbrellas on them with epoxy table tops, the outdoor patio will have old collectables like cracker barrell
my front office prefers between 10 to 20 percent down payment and once the rough in electrical is done and inspected addidtional 10 more percent payment...... then the balance upon closing......
I want to go to my first , now living in Las Vegas I hope to go with a blank check. get something super nice!

There is lots of money out there. They just aren’t obvious in every day life. I collect cars,you would be surprised who has some money.
😂 100k and 200k isn't actually a lot of money... Many people spend one yearssalary on a vehicle did they keep for a few years.. ,🤷

i pay 6hr at timmys restauraunt plus tips 13 hr for dishwashers 60 day to clean restauraunt daily , ill let nana find cooks and mgr.
