I wonder Vikas Khanna staying in USA for such a long time didn't get the accent like Priyanka Chopra got it in some years only! 😅
The white guy interviewing seems appalled in the realisation that his parents were immigrants. And when Vikas Talks about the stories of the racism he faced by the white man and how he proud that he was better than the white guy, the interviewer seemed frazzled.

Chef Vikas is a true inspiration, also a very humble human being. But I did't like this interviewing guy who was has no clue on how to flow an interview was also rude and abrupt. I wonder how he became the VP for the Asian Society being so insensitive to the culture.

He is so adorable.very naive and childlike, yet determined and ambitious.He was almost in tears talking about his dad towards the end.
He is so himself that's why he connects to others. Many are not themselves but he is. He will even go longer way.

I don't know if this is only me or anyone else too who thinks that the host is maybe not able to connect to him properly.. I mean why is he interrupting him in bw and not letting him speak whatever he wants to? And Chef seems a bit uncomfortable,idk why but i feel so...
I also felt the same...I found the host less empathetic. Vikas is very simple and charming.. I like him a lot but felt that this interview was not very well structured....:)

I am really trying to understand the interviewer. He makes the chef seem so insignificant. The way he interrupts while Vikas Khanna is talkin, it almost feels like he is least interested in listening to him and is asking questions just for the sake of it.
