Was kind of expecting a restaurant similar to the hotel run by robots. A restaurant run by robots. But nope. A neon disco *tiny* street parade with float's. Can't say I expected this at all.
It's called weird folklore dresses mixed with robots and some more weird rituals but i like it😂🍑

My favorite parts are when the people in the show actually wave and say hi to the cameras. Usually they wouldn't from that I've seen since it'd make everything out of character.

I've been there as well! My friend and I went with two other people we met and while they were confused, we were laughing out asses off. It was like the restaurant took every stereotypical Japanese media element and squished it together. We enjoyed the comedy and musical talent of the show.

This video kinda makes me regret not going to the Robot Restaurant during my japan trip. Then again, you have to book in advance and it's not exactly cheap, and i didn't really research what to expect. Those taiko drums and neon dancers looked amazing!

Ha yes! The famous Robot Restaurant of Shinjuku-Tokyo. I went there on vacation with my friend last month. This is a must see show for anyone visiting Tokyo. Tully amazing experience! :D
Aki I just wanted to tell you its my dream to see Japan and 'Ive had to put a back burner to that because I care for my Mom whos old and sick with beginning stages of Alzheimer's at age 32 I'm fearful I'll never get to see Japan's beauty but I'll never give up. Thank you for always showing us the amazing, beautiful and crazy parts I can't wait to see on my own someday it's because of Yt'bers like you I have went back to College. Hugs and have a blast for all of us who can't!
