No! This car driver is a pro!!! Better than the police. This car driver has tricks, he or she knows how the police work, and has knowledge of this somehow. And with so many dodges out there, they have the advantage, and just the right COOL to do this! I have raced in the past, I also was raised with the police, inside knowledge. Yes it's possible! The ghost driver has kept cool. I wonder if this is being filmed?
This makes me want to take a trip to Arkansas and test out my new Hell Cat 🤔. The boys over here are deliberately cutting off the lights/siren AND pulling over to the shoulder. They won't even bother chasing, and Im slightly salty about it, too 😂
What they need is a Device in the Car that will Allow them to Shut down the Engine while in Pursuit. When I lived in California years ago they were Working on Such a Device
This is actually nuttin new, the car theft capital for many years running (Newark NJ) would have mustang 5.0's that would come in front of local police & state troopers & do donuts in front of them in stolen 5.0's. After a while they had a no chase rule in effect because of accidents. Maybe ASP should see the situation 4 what it is & not let egos take control 🤔 🤷🏾♀️
His being caught depends on if he keeps doing it. The longer he keeps doing it the more chance he has of making a mistake or gets into an accident. Other drivers unpredictability is always a risk no matter how good a driver you are.
You can't catch the Black Ghost Charger! He's a wraith, man. He was executed by the state last year and has come back to taunt the police! Some say at midnight if you listen hard enough you can hear the roar of the mighty charger!
Very simple you have a Hellcat, fake or stolen plates, a switch to turn off the brake lights and good knowledge of the area maybe Scout it in a different car day or night

Nope
I lived in north caroli a from 1990 to 1999. There was a guy doing the sane thing in a flat black trans am or firebird. I had a primer black firebird with a trans am hood and fenders. I was often asked if it was me. And although i did out run a cop in it once, it wasnt me. When i left carolina they syill had not caught him. I hope hes still doing it.
If you think that charger is fast, then you’ve never been in a fast car before
Nuff said. I am buying a black charger now.
They need to get the grappler installed if they can ever get close enough again?
black dude in the thumbnail is crazy 💀💀💀
The Blackout charger is smart. He only drives at night. No airships around and low traffic. So far so good for this person. LOL
Anybody get thoughts of the opening “Chase” in Super Troopers? What if its a small town officer who has had the training behind the wheel?
This makes me want to take a trip to Arkansas and test out my new Hell Cat 🤔. The boys over here are deliberately cutting off the lights/siren AND pulling over to the shoulder. They won't even bother chasing, and Im slightly salty about it, too 😂
Well... if he ever gets caught(I hope he never does) His car will end up in their arsenal.
What they need is a Device in the Car that will Allow them to Shut down the Engine while in Pursuit. When I lived in California years ago they were Working on Such a Device
I think the driver is a police officer 🤔
It's a off duty cop with a sick sense of humor. Bet you!
How much you wanna bet it's an off duty police officer?
Its probably multiple stolen chargers, have yall seen these young ass kids sliding these hellcats?? Some of these kids can DRIVE.
I'd like to challenge the blacked out charger gsp vs the undefeated charger this should be great
They need to make a movie based on these events.
We must hope that if he does, at least don’t take anyone else with him in the process.
I hope they never catch him #goat
Im sure they gonna “catch him” or catch some crazy blacked out charger and say it was him 😂
His being caught depends on if he keeps doing it. The longer he keeps doing it the more chance he has of making a mistake or gets into an accident. Other drivers unpredictability is always a risk no matter how good a driver you are.
He's probably using a night vision goggles when he turns his lights off ...makes a lot of sense when you think about it 🤔
It’s a police officer driving that car😂😂 this was done before by a police officer
I think it's going to end finding out it's either a cop or a retired cop. He drives way to good
Cops are good drivers. Right
My money says the dude has NASCAR or some other type of racing experience.
Buddy gone retire on top. Or come crashing down in a blaze of glory
I hope he remains undefeated!
You can't catch the Black Ghost Charger! He's a wraith, man. He was executed by the state last year and has come back to taunt the police! Some say at midnight if you listen hard enough you can hear the roar of the mighty charger!
Like Smokey And The Bandit! He won't be caught!!
Did the Blackout Charger just get caught in Texas? I just watched a heli news on YT. I hope it wasn't him!
To the point and fire edits bro!
Appreciate it
Very simple you have a Hellcat, fake or stolen plates, a switch to turn off the brake lights and good knowledge of the area maybe Scout it in a different car day or night
They will never catch him the undefeated Blackedout charger ,🤔 IF HE DOESN'T mes up like d blacked out corvette 🧐🤔.
Excellent video, leave the loud, excessive gunshot out
To me it’s just like anything else…..if he continues to play the game he will absolutely be caught. Unfortunately, chances are when he gets caught they’ll be fatalities involved if I’m guessing. At these high speeds it’s inevitable.
What if it’s just another cop messing with them like Super Troopers?
I said hellcat but honestly the right driver could have a turbocharged sxt v6 with suspension. I saw one that had over 450hp
