What a joy to see another '65 911 in Colorado!!! We've had our very original, #'s matching '65 911 since 1984 and have been the ONLY known '65 911 in Colorado for many, many years. We're 30 year PCA members and converted our car to a "track rat"/race car in 2001 complete with a 2.7RS spec engine and the appropriate suspension and brakes for the greatly increased HP. She's been retired from track work and back to her original 2.0L for 16+ years but makes occasional appearances at PCA and car events. We're planning on restoring her soon and enjoying our baby. I sure hope this one stays in Colorado!!!
