Animating Emotes with After Effects and Clip Studio Paint

Thanks for the video, reminded me of a few things I'd forgotten like parenting and puppet warping. With regards to the anchor point, if you click on the 9th icon *Pan Behind Anchor Tool* - just under the word animation) you can then click and drag the anchor point to where you want without moving the layer itself.

Can I animate with just clip studio ?
