I recently started my ambience/lofi channel (this one) and honestly I don’t regret it. A lot of people give up after the first few videos. I’m going to stay consistent no matter what! The way I see it, every view I get is exciting and will only make me want to get better at this. If someone out there is indecisive on whether you should make a channel, just do it. I will agree with the Reddit one. I use it to promote primarily and its BRUTAL. Most of the communities are extremely picky and judgemental, and you’ll get downvoted to hell just for sharing your video. Meanwhile the entire sub is filled with hot garbage getting upvotes. Thanks for all this help though! Definitely going to try some of these out!

man i don't get what happened to my channel. I made two videos that went big (for my size) and it motivated me so i kept making good content or at least with effort only to see my views drop to the ground the more I posted. The first two videos got so big i got accepted into the partner program on yt but now I can't get any views on newer videos. Why? Why is TH-cam edging me

The problem I found with Gab is that the founder has been known to post quite a bit of antisemitic content, and a large percentage of white supremacists also have accounts on that platform. Once some of the people on Gab discovered that I'm Jewish, I was bombarded with hate posts.
