I think a 107 MORE Scooby-Doo Facts video is in order, explaining some more about not just the series, but also the characters' voice acting similarities to other characters.
Yes Scooby doo is a classic that has a rich history it needs way more than just 107 facts it is like one of the only original cartoons apart from Mickey and looney tunes that is still on and making new additions
Lol, I hear you. The moment when Fred pulled the zombie's head off, when Shaggy and Scooby fell in the pit and when Fred swung the branch at the zombie and cut it in half... yeah, it's not a movie for very little kids. My seven year old cousin keeps asking to see it, but I'm keeping it until he's a bit less grossed out by all things blood and gore.
I was 7 years old, i was watching Scooby Doo. It was an episode where is was a vampire girl, she was talking with someone (cellphone) and when she turned her head around, it was a creepy sound and face, this is were i was scared.
Yeah. It wasn't the scariest thing I ever saw as a kid (that honor goes to The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, I saw an animated movie of that and the Headless Horseman scared the hell out of me), but I definitely thought it was weird and *not* Scooby Doo.
They need to revamp the original 1970s cartoons and make the new cartoons using the old art and style of the original. Even though the voices would not be the same as the original at least it is possible they could be similar.
@Intellectualhere You know what. Go and do some research since you "think" dogs are herbivores. I'm done talking to someone who doesn't realise that dogs are omnivores and yes it is inherently dangerous.
Funny enough, on Daphne, she may have not been liked by the creators, but she was incredibly popular among fans at one point. She's also my personal favorite.
+Trina Marie Ortiz yeah do u prefer the Daphne of where r u or the Daphne of whats new/whats new movies and of mystery incorporated/mystery incorporated movies?
Trina Marie Ortiz I actually completely prefer whats new and mystery incorporated Daphne because reviewing where r u I realize that there r a good number of episodes of that series where she only played like a medium or even only a small role in didn't talk much in the episode see what I am saying?
I love Scooby-Doo as a whole because of the wonderful relationship and dynamic the gang had. I don’t think Mystery Incorporated deserves the hate it gets, the animation is a bit rigid compared to the older ones (as most newer cartoons are) but the style looks awesome ! The series really gives the characters a more ‘realistic’ take for a little bit of added drama which I think is new and cool for what we’ve had in the past. Of course it can’t beat OGs like What’s New Scooby-Doo, but it is good in it’s own right !
I don’t think Mystery Inc is very hated, quite the opposite. The show had a very good reception from both veteran and new fans alike, especially after the failure show called Velma came out.
There is absolutely no mention in this about the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo, which featured Daphne and Shaggy without Fred and Velma. It also featured Scooby and Scrappy Doo and two new characters named Flim Flam (voiced by Susan Blu, of Jem and the Holograms fame) and Vincent Van Ghoul (voiced by the late Vincent Price). I always wondered why Fred and Velma were not in that one. Also in it, Shaggy's shirt is red and not green. Interestingly enough, a scene in one episode of Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated shows Daphne and Fred in a wax museum looking at statues. There is a reference to both Flim Flam and Scrappy, as there are statues of both of them. Daphne mentions to Fred who Flim Flam was, and they both turn away from Scrappy, as they vowed never to speak about him again.
I thought the lack of mention was odd as well. Especially after they went through all the "couples". In 13 Ghosts, and the last season of the previous series, it was kind of obvious that Shaggy and Daphne were a thing. Oh, and here's a little fun fact. Take a look at the way Daphne was redesigned for for 13 Ghosts. The jumpsuit and shorter hair, and the fact that she was a freelance reporter. Then look at how April Oneal was redesigned for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon.
Frank Welker was quite busy working on other 80s cartoons at the time Fred was not appearing inf the Scooby episodes. His voice for Fred was his natural speaking voice while many of his other 80s voice roles were quite different and more of a challenge...and better paying
Scooby do mystery incorporated was so dark. One of the characters drowns in an episode and you can actually hear another character being shot to death in one of the last few episodes. Wtf Cartoon Network 😂😂
In one episode some guy has a starts freaking out and has a heart attack in the hospital, the gang just casually walks out of the room and to the elevator like nothing ever happened. In the background you can hear the heart monitor flatline and doctors defibrillating him.
I honestly don't understand why so many people dislike Mystery Incorporated. Maybe it's just my lack of nostalgia as I never got super into the original stuff (I was like 3 during the time) but I quite enjoyed the new series. If you're someone who doesn't like it, please tell me why, because I really just don't get it.

I always thought they were both 17. Along with Shaggy. Fred being 18. Which was why he was the leader, and could drive. Back in that time (the original series) you had to be 18 to drive. Scooby... Magical talking dog. I think he ages the same rate as humans. Hmmm... I'd say he's in his early twenties. But he's not the leader, and can't drive, because... Magical talking dog.
I feel like people (especially these days) are always trying to glorify drugs by mixing them with beloved characters. Shaggy, Timmy Turner, Alice in Wonderland, & Ed Edd n' Eddy people try to make them "cooler" by associating them with drugs.
I always liked how in Zombie Island they made Shaggy and Scooby customs inspectors who spent their time locating contraband cheese. Incidentally by being customs inspectors that made them law enforcement officers.
I remember watching the original on a big DVD set when I was a kid, I cherished and watched it all the time until the DVDs got so scratched they were unreadable
MusicalArtist25 at the end of one episode where there were evil versions of themselves, she flat out says " That's who they got to impersonate me? What, was Sarah Michelle Geller too busy?"
Another fun fact: The actors that play the evil versions of themselves are their voice actors- Grey DeLisle, Frank Welker, Mindy Cohn, and Casey Kasem.
+blackphoenix77: They weren't and aren't. They were written as subtly dating in the original episodes, as was mentioned. There was reason why Shaggy carried around Velma's spare glasses whenever she lost her original pair, why Velma and Shaggy were often shown dancing together during their brief parties before and sometimes after a mystery was solved, why Velma was left to basically babysit resident cowards Shaggy and Scooby as the level head of the gang when Fred and Daphne were written out of scene for being boring, etc.
@@TherealRNOwwfpooh Ummmmmmm.... Shaggy and Velma were originally written as being brother and sister, and it just sort of never came up. Romance was never even a thought when they were originally creating the show.

Yeah, they missed an obvious 107 fact with everyone having an iconic catchphrase of their own: Shaggy: Zoinks! Velma: Jinkies. Daphne: Jeepers. Scooby-Doo: Ruh-Roh! All but poor Freddy, of course.
I think this series needs a second 107 in the future. Most of these focus on the original series and the live action movies. Not much on the other adaptions. Heck considering recent news I'm surprised there wasn't a fact on the new comic that's coming out that has a darker grittier post apocalyptic story and Shaggy is now a hipster instead of a hippy.
As much as I respect Casey Kasem as an actor (may he rest in peace), I really found it douchey that he had to force the writers to make Shaggy a vegetarian too. The original Mystery Machine was a Chevy G10, The van in the 1998-2001 movies was a Chevy Astro, the one in the 2002 Live action movie was an Austrailian van called a "Holden", and the van in Scooby Doo and the Curse of the Lake Monster was a Ford Econoline.
You could also argue that Scooby-Dum is Scooby’s brother. He was referred to as his brother and his cousin in the exact same episode (that would be an episode set in Sleepy Hollow, Scooby-Dum’s first appearance)
*+Kevin Manzo* Dude, i love that show :D They also managed to dodge bullets like the time they planned the aged Ed,Edd n Eddy episode was ment to be the series finale, That was a bullet well-dodged that it didnt go there.
Hi, ChannelFrederator. I was really happy to see this video. I had a few things I wanted to add. Maybe you can use them if you make 107 MORE Facts About Scooby-Doo. I'm sure there's the potential to do so. *The only incarnation in which Frank Welker didn't voice Fred was A Pup Named Scooby-Doo. That was Carl Steven. *I think you referred to Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island as one of the Innes films. I can see why you would group it with the others, but in that one Shaggy was voiced by Billy West (voice of Fry, Stimpy, the Red M&M and others). I hope I don't sound rude for saying that. *Not only was Tim Curry in Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost, but he was also the Goblin King in Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King (as well as an uncredited part as a werewolf bartender). And he was in the video game Scooby-Doo: Night of 100 Frights as the Mastermind. *Billy Ray Cyrus performed the Scooby-Doo theme in Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost. *Although Casey Kasem had retired from Shaggy by the time Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated came out, he had a minor role as Shaggy's Dad. Well, I can't wait until your next 107 Facts video. I hope soon you cover The Powerpuff Girls and Animaniacs. Maybe I should join ChannelFrederator...
Please consider doing a 107 American Dragon: Jake Long Facts YOU Should Know! It's a very underrated show...I feel it deserves some attention, and I'd like to learn more things about it.
Ooooh!!! Thank you so much for these 107 facts, I've wanted this for a long time! Maybe 107 more in the future, if you get enough for 107, that is, because, oh, there is so much more to talk about!
It should also be noted that on What's New Scooby Doo, and shows after that, Velma was voiced by Mindy Cohn, who played Natalie Green in the 1980's TV sitcom "The Facts of Life".
ikr just looking at them they look totally messed up all 5 of them look like the're totally drugged up but at least the movies still keep them looking the same
And when was the last time any cartoon channel came out with a reboot or spin-off worth watching? I know some people say we're all just too wedded to our old shows to appreciate the new ones, but every modern reboot I've seen just seems like hack writers trying to use the show's name to cover the fact that they have no talent.
That's a Very Very Good Video I like it. Please make 107 facts videos on : He man and the masters of the universe, She-ra princess of power, Conan the adventurer, Saint Seiya and D Gray Man
18:29 Mystery incorporated is indeed a great show of its own, but its not the first series to have an over arcing mystery going through the whole thing. I believe curse of the 13 ghosts was the first to have an over arcing story line but in 2006 there was also shaggy and scooby doo get a clue which had an over arcing storyline as well
Of course those people wouldn't say that shaggy was a stoner. They would be shut down, as you said. Shaggy is a chief chonger. No one could eat that much without the company of good ol' Mary Jane.
I love this and I always thought Freddie Prinze Jr. was a natural blonde wow. I'm kinda neutral on the whole Daphne/Velma and I like Shaggy with Velma too, also Fred with Daphne 😊
Awesome video, but some things were left out. My favorite Scooby Doo rendition of all time is the Scooby Doo Project that Cartoon Network did. Cracks me up every time, the humor is insanely spot on for Scooby Doo fans who have seen The Blair Witch Project, even whether or not they like that film.
Tim Curry also played The Mastermind in the Scooby Doo Night Of 100 Frights Game, but of course no one ever talks about that masterpiece of a game for some reason......
It's cool that Velma's name was originally Linda, and Linda Cardellini played her in the live action movies.
Lauren Jai also she was in average age of ultron as hawkeye's wife
@The V word did u legittamently copy that
@The V word True, if you ever saw any of the old shows sometimes you could see them get up close or Shaggy put his arm around her or something
Velma is a Mrs Jersey boys

107 facts about Code Lyoko would be awesome! Also, am I the only one that noticed that the audio level dropped drastically around fact #50?
this franchise is like 47 years old!
Mircea Georgescu
Saze-san is 24 years older than that
The original Mystery Machine was a Chevy G10, The van in the 1998-2001 movies was a Chevy Astro, the one in the 2002 Live action movie was an Austrailian van called a "Holden", and the van in Scooby Doo and the Curse of the Lake Monster was a Ford Econoline.
I really wish Old Man Smithers/The Luna Ghost was the main villain. He's my favorite Scooby villain
Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated was the best iteration of Scooby!
Its my favorite one for sure
107 facts about Coraline pleeeease
+Little pocket Yes!
YES YES YES YES YES
+Haruka Kirkland Best. Flipping. Movie. EVER!
YES!!!
I thought I was the only one who wanted this!
The Shaggy voice at the beginning was funny.
You could also argue that Scooby-Dum is Scooby’s brother. He was referred to as his brother and his cousin in the exact same episode (that would be an episode set in Sleepy Hollow, Scooby-Dum’s first appearance)
On #43 he says "hour long episode" when they are only about 42 min each but were made to fill a 1 hour TV slot including commercials.
Scooby do mystery incorporated should have gone on longer...
Mark hamil has a thing for voiceing clowns...😊
That was a good Shaggy impression :)
19:01 ‹--- Jinkies button. You're welcome.
You forgot to mention that Shaggy can wipe out an entire nation by simply releasing 1% of his power.
LIE!

UGH! the gobbling king one was my favorite.... CHILDHOOD WHY DID YOU HAVE TO END SO EARLY! 😭😟
Facts 108. Sadly, Co-Creator Joe Ruby, passed away at aged 87.
5:34 Fact 27. The show airs a fews months before Sesame Street first aired on November 10, 1969.
Which Mystery Team Member Are You?
shaggy!!!!
Hey guys
SHAGGY! IM ALWAYS HUNGRY
Ronnie MC funny
Charlie Brown wait what was the question again?!
Maybe I should join ChannelFrederator...
do tom and jerry plzzzz
+What's Up It'll be delayed. I mean they should do It on all Tom & Jerry Series
+Ronnie MC YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please consider doing a 107 American Dragon: Jake Long Facts YOU Should Know!
It's a very underrated show...I feel it deserves some attention, and I'd like to learn more things about it.
R.I.P. Iwao Takomoto 🙏🏾
R.I.P. Joe Ruby🙏🏾
R.I.P. Ken Spears 🙏🏾
You will not be Forgotten🖤
108 Scooby-Dumm? Where did that character go?
He would always say... "Clues? Dum dum dum dum."
He was not called Dum for being less intelligent.
The new scooby doo movies were my favorite as a kid 💖
AND for a bonus point , velma and shaggy. yeah , kinda true. Velma did have feelings for the cowardly one
Ooooh!!! Thank you so much for these 107 facts, I've wanted this for a long time!
Maybe 107 more in the future, if you get enough for 107, that is, because, oh, there is so much more to talk about!
That was a pretty good shaggy impression, buddy.
107 facts about Black Butler please! :3
yes!!
yes
What's that?
An anime
yes please do black butler
It should also be noted that on What's New Scooby Doo, and shows after that, Velma was voiced by Mindy Cohn, who played Natalie Green in the 1980's TV sitcom "The Facts of Life".
Mindy did a great job ngl. I only know her from Scooby Doo.
can you do a 107 facts of Kim Possible
+Yami784413 Yes! I can't believe I've never thought of that!
Thank you it is one of my favorite shows I also love Yu-Gi-Oh!
Every time Scooby-Doo comes up in any conversation someone attempts and impression. Does that happen with any other film or T.V. show ?
*SIGH* I love Scooby Doo, its always been my favorite Hanna Barbara cartoon.
Its a shame that the new scooby doo is complete trash on CN.
Bepis I know right, they ruined the characters, they did the same with teen titans -_-
Bepis attempting to remake classics tends to not work out well for old fans. I'm glad my younger cousins got into the older scooby.
ikr just looking at them they look totally messed up all 5 of them look like the're totally drugged up but at least the movies still keep them looking the same
And when was the last time any cartoon channel came out with a reboot or spin-off worth watching? I know some people say we're all just too wedded to our old shows to appreciate the new ones, but every modern reboot I've seen just seems like hack writers trying to use the show's name to cover the fact that they have no talent.
+Willie Oelkers well theres transformers prime and the scooby doo show that predates the newest incarnation, mystery inc.
107 Mystery Inc Facts! I love that show!
I believe curse of the 13 ghosts was the first to have an over arcing story line but in 2006 there was also shaggy and scooby doo get a clue which had an over arcing storyline as well
There needs to be a Every Scooby-Doo Ever marathon. Showing every show, movie, and special of Scooby-Doo.
Agree
Of course those people wouldn't say that shaggy was a stoner. They would be shut down, as you said. Shaggy is a chief chonger. No one could eat that much without the company of good ol' Mary Jane.
People with eating disorders would
I swear this guy could voice Shaggy if Matthew ever stops voicing him.
This was my favorite show as a kid. I need to start watching it, again.
Who else agrees that scooby dooby do mystery incorporated deserves more credits
107 Facts of Tom and Jerry, please
Mystery Incorporated was so good. ^.^
I never stop watching Scooby-Doo shows and movies always go mystery solve so fun also lot of great merchandise
Tim Curry also played The Mastermind in the Scooby Doo Night Of 100 Frights Game, but of course no one ever talks about that masterpiece of a game for some reason......
