in this we learn about cnc programming operating setting in hindi by santosh yadav sir.in this video our students made a component according to the dimension on cnc lathe turning machine without the help of any cad cam software.this practical training is only possible at cnc basic training center ghaziabad first we did setting on cnc machine for this we cselect cnc jaws for three jaws chuck then we clamp the jaws with the help of boring bar and check the runout of spindle or chuck so we can make our component correct without any rejection.for this we use the opeartor panel and on the operator panel we used mpg or manula pulse generator and we amke it correct with the help of santosh yadav sir. after that we make a programme of spinner and used different g codes along with m codes and use different canned cycles as well as manual programming for roughing and finishing purpose.we used vnc mg insert and tnmg insert for ss grade for better finishing.this setup is made withe different two setups we check this component with micrometer vernier caliper and height gauge for accuracy manitain.this cnc programming is very usefull for mechanical enginnering and as well as for who did iti or diploma or polytechnic.at cnc basic cad cam ccnc training center we got practical cnc vmc training with hundread percent job placement in different region in all over india .cnc machine working videos of all the practical video which is made at our training center is available in playlist.here you will get job along with best cnc vmc training,thanks
