@@Tyangeluv not a breeze. First use and the thing is stuck together. I’m soaking it in a pot of water right now to try to loosen it up. I follow all instructions, made sure not to overload, on off reverse open close moisture balance small pieces, etc., all according to instructions. Now I look and see it could be two days before it comes unstuck. Um…on a juice cleanse. Don’t have two days to wait.
I have never ever had a juicer work like this or juice from a juicer that tastes so good… This machine is a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny! It’s a game changer!!

Oh my word! I tried pressing Turmeric. Where did I go wrong? This turned out to be a mess. The motor got hot, barely got any juice from the root. The chamber was not able to disperse any pulp like, it got all stuck on the auger. The chamber, containers and hopper got all stained 🤦♀️ and it was hard as heck to clean it off. Need some advice! 🙏🏻

I would recommend doing some Google searching on important tax for your address from the US. We use DHL as our courier so they will reach out via phone or email to collect those duties and taxes prior to delivery!

Actually, I already got it. I have to say that I am very disappointed with the quality of the juicer. My old juicer is an Omega centrifugal juicer, which I have had for almost 30 years and it still works. The bowl is stainless steel and most parts are metal too. I will have to be extra careful when I handle the parts of the Nama juicer because the quality is so bad. I can't believe I paid close to $1,000.00 Canadian dolars (after taxes, custom fees and delivery) for this chip quality juicer. So disappointed ☹
I have not been happy with NamaJ2 I received it yesterday the Nama J2 gasket does'nt fit I've been juicer for 30 plus years. This is the worse experience I've had with a juicer I want to return it now

Our J2 is truly a game changer, and when juicing simply add your desired produce, not exceeding the fill line, close the lid and turn it on! Our J2 allows you to juice practically hands free. To add produce as you are juicing, simply add it through the hole in the top of the J2, no need to stop juicing! As of right now this Nama J2 is one of the worst buying experiences we’ve had. Ordered over a week ago and our shipping still says “pending.” It seems you can only contact via email and all they say is that they’re looking in to it. They have not offered to refund us nor ship our order even after the shipping label was generated. So far we’re not impressed. Horrible service.

We lost a couple of hundred dollars of produce we had purchased based on their original shipping tracking. They promised via DM to compensate me for the loss but they never did. It took blasting them on every social media page they had to get a reply from them at all. Their phone number is near impossible to find. I still haven’t found it. They never replied to my emails but only to social media. Bad way to run a company if you ask me. But as a mentioned, after all the aggravation, it arrived extremely late but intact. They ignored my entreaties of an order cancellation and a refund but instead chose to re-process the order instead; something they should have done when if first reached out but they didn’t until much later. Would I buy from them again? NOOOO! The CS is horrible. Makes me think what may happen if I have a warranty issue. Then the build quality is questionable. The main control know is the thinnest most fragile thing I’ve ever seen. It is loose and wobbly - made of very thin plastic. The chute the pulp comes from has a small rubber stopper underneath it. That falls out every time you clean it. You’ll lose it down your sink if you’re not watching for it or worse, grind it up in your garbage disposal. I wanted to send it back before opening but my spouse insisted that we keep it. It works okay but definitely over hyped. If you can physically see one in person before you buy it, that’s what I’d suggest before you commit the kind of money they want for it. It’s not worth the poor CS in my opinion. The product is seemingly fine for juicing most things but it’s not great on green leafy veggies and horrific with celery. It also has a zillion pieces to wash. It’s not hard to clean up but you’ll definitely use a several gallons of water doing it. Trust me when I write that water conservation was not a concern when they designed this thing. Side note: the cleaning brush that comes with it is to small to clean the pulp chute. No way to get in there to remove that residue which made lead to bacterial growth. Just something to look out for. You’ll need another utensil to clean it. Bottom line is that I hope keeping it was the right move by my spouse but I cannot recommend it. They lied about refunding some of our losses. They never apologized for the poor CS and the build quality is sketchy.

So i don't have to add no water to the juicer just put the fruits and vegetables inside the juicer and turn it on and i can add more to it
