Another great video! I really wish I could find the paint you were using here in Seoul, Korea. The only heat resistant gloss spray paint available is Holts and Rust-O-leum, both over 40 US$ a can! The local stuff, while much cheaper is available in matte colors only.

My friend it's all coming together now. I'm wondering if you have a word of advice regarding ignition switches. I went to start my bike this morning and the system powered on when the key was half way trig the rotation to ON, and then all power cut out once it was fully in the ON position. I saw a video somewhere where an ignition was serviced, but don't know it is something with attempting.
Hello Damon. Ignition switches are a simple set up. The main core of the switch is just for the barrel of the lock and key. On the rear of the switch is the electrical components. As the barrel turns it moves an arm over parts of the switch to give power. If the electrical parts are work it can cause problems as you have mentioned. They can be replaced leaving you with the correct matching key for your bike. Also you can buy a lock and change the barrels over yourself or the electrical components. If you contact Morleys muscle he has the electrical parts or can get your barrel serviced for you. KR
