As a resident of sevier county, im just getting news of this and have watched your videos. This is absolutely shameful of our community, us locals have nothing to stand on in this community anymore. Generations of families that have built pigeon forge, those families are nowing being slowly pushed out to make way for tourists. What was once our slice of heaven on earth has turned into a nightmare. And its time we take our community back, its not that we dont want our community to thrive but we can share it with others without being forced or driven from our homes. Just so certain names in the community can continue to thrive off the hardwork of everyone around them. Please let me know if theres anything i can do, because i am all in on this. Ive watched it go on for way to long. When i lived in wears valley20 years ago it was farmers, and locals. Now ive watched them push ciry limits out further and further destroying homesteads to make it more commercial as they slowly destroy our community. God Bless you, and please reach out anytime
Thank you so much for this comment. It means so much that the local community is behind us. A huge support would be to show up at the city hall meetings I come to. At the last city hall meeting 7 locals showed up to show support. I'm going to announce the next one here for anyone who wants to come. Again thank you.
Please keep me posted if I'm not on call working I'll be there. I don't understand how they set back and feel this is normal. But it doesn't effect them so they don't care.

First, im sorry that this is happening to you ! ! This is very emotional to me . I have ancestors throughout that area living and buried in pf and gatlinburg. Families of Carr and Mccarter's .Most are buried in the Sugarland Cemetery. My ggg grandfather a basket weaver had one of the first shop in GB. Our roots run deep in the area. The deceitfulness that has happened to you not right not what my ancestors stood for. There is no telling of other things not brought to light..God's word he will bring to light what is in the dark . I pray for you and your family.

We're just finishing a study on Job. Even though he questioned God, he didn't turn from him. He still stood in his faith. After everything he went through, God showed himself to him. He reminded Job who He was. He showed His greatness. He reminded him that it wasn't about Job, it was about the constant battle that goes on between God (good) and Satan (evil). No matter the outcome, you know God is good. Greed is evil.

Im not Christian but i support you. What they are doing is demented and wrong.
Based on the number of asked sips that man took from his drink, he KNOWS what that Book of Remembrance is going to say about him. God always has the final say. They are allowing worldly desires to control their actions, and they will reap what they sow, whether we see it during this lifetime or not. Praying so hard over your family!

You need to get yourself a good attorney go after the real estate broker's license they have knowledge of this way ahead of time guaranteed it was on the map way before then but you need to go after the real estate broker who did not inform you of this because you are their principal they have a legal obligation to tell you everything about the property company and for that matter so does the Escrow Company these types of things are in the books for a long time I don't care if it's Tennessee I'm here in California which is more corrupt than anything else any other place on the face of the planet get yourself an attorney go after their license go after the broker sue for damages all the way file a legal complaint against the state of Tennessee in the real estate department against these people's broker's license file a formal complaint with your county and the state of Tennessee and get somebody who's going to fight for you you were left in the dark left in the dark😮😊 that's called fraud
