Thank you :) I love all seasons because they all have their own charm. Like you, my favourite autumn staples are blazers, trenches, cosy knits, and I will add jeans (summer is a bit too hot for these where I live), button up shirts and... loafers (I'm French :) !

@@AmerieMarina yes always thought that would be great, different styles, sheer puff, split long sleeve and 3/4 to be worn under sleeveless garments…maybe they exist somewhere. I jokingly said to a friend that we could start a clothing line called armature!
@@amandavanasselt Yes!! Someone needs to think of these things. You could make a lot of money! I found a sheer elbow length black top at Belk online and ordered it. Banana Republic has a really nice top with elbow sleeves called mock t-shirt - it only comes in XS in black, but they have a nice black crepe top with a little puff in the sleeves that is elbow length which I also ordered. I figured out if you search for for "elbow sleeves," you can find some nice ones. Amazon has a long sleeve sheer shirt you could wear under a sleeveless dress (if you know someone who can cut the sleeves and hem them). Best of luck!!

I love your passion for bags - and your personalisation of them: good to catch a glimpse of Judith!
Same here. Normally I am really looking forward to Autumn (I mean I still am this year too lol) but as we haven't really had any summer since May, it feels a bit odd 😂
I so agree! For the past week- the last week in August, the hottest month of the year in Western Washington, it seems the average temperature has been about 64 with drizzle most days!
Thank you for the work you do! I came across your channel through the channel UseLess mentioning you and you have very quickly become my favourite TH-cam style icon! So thank you sooo much for the content you produce :)
I love this video Emma! I'm so pleased that we are going into autumn too! I remember buying a Burberry trench back in 1981. I was only earning a secretary's wage but had begun working at a stockbroker's in the City and they would pay staff a really good bonus if the firm had a good year. I always yearned for a Burberry - this one cost me around £180 at the Burberry store! I wore it constantly and finally gave it to my daughter when I put on some weight - she still has it! I'm beginning to lose some weight now so thinking of asking for it back.......🤣. Keep up the good work Emma - it's always a treat to watch you. 💕
I wish I had kept my vintage London Fog trench. I bought it in the spring, in the 70's and it was baby blue. I love London Fog. You have great clothes. Love the sweaters. I'm not a fan of chunky shoes and boots. I don't think everyone can wear them well. You do. I'm 5'2" and wear a US size 6 shoe. I would look ridiculous in chunky boots. I'm a pretty classic person, too. How awful that you have to pay that fee, now. I love your autumn bags. They're perfect. My favorite part of Autumn is the leaves. All of the beautiful colors and even the dusty smell of them. It's a unique smell. xo~linda
You hyped me up for Autumn so much that I will spend half my Sunday re-watchig your old transitional videos and planning my own, wishing for summer to be gone 😅 And as always, great influence! One tip btw - I am also a huge fan of Pinterest, but recently I started to use the Closet app a lot, trying to recreate whatever I fancy on Pinterest with my own clothing items uploaded in the app (kinda like the good ol’ Polyvore). Thought you might enjoy it too :)
I too am sooo happy that A/W is coming. Funny thing is that although I'm a winter person my summer wardrobe is way better. I do have a trench coat and blazers, don't know how to wear them. Thanks for the tips. I so love your style.
I bloomin love Autumn!!, it’s always been my favourite season in every way. Love laying up and taking a walk with my dog through the leafy park and coming back for a hot chocolate! I think the only thing missing from my Autumn/Winter wardrobe this year has to be some chunky boots…loving those Jigsaw ones! Thanks for the tips Emma and enjoy your Bank holiday weekend😊
We usually get a heatwave in September right around the time that I want to start wearing autumn clothes! This year I am excited to wear some vests (waistcoats), which I consider a classic fall piece. Perfect when it’s not quite cool enough for a jacket or a heavy sweater, but you want an extra layering piece.
Soooo true about the Pinterest!!:)) no matter what kind of blazer outfit I type to look for inspiration, there are always loads of photos of you:) love your style 😍😍
Emma, I loved all the pieces, the trenchcoats are wonderful, timeless, when I see your photos with the productions you use, I see myself in you, I'm very inspired!...thank you...watching you from Brazil...goog week for you!
Love the video Emma. I live in Texas. I look forward to cooler weather of any kind. My favorite part of the year is when I don’t need to use A/C or heat. Can’t wait to wear my new merino wool sweats from J Crew! 😀❤️
Im excited to wear Autumn colors! On Pinterest, the Fall trend appears to be pastels and neon which seems more Spring to me. I will be sticking with the color of leaves, not to mention the warm candles too!
Hi Emma, I'm watching from Japan. Watching your video, I bought celine sangle bag from secondhand. It's so practical, classic and chic! Love it! Thanks so much♡
Blazers and boots! I got the taupe Curated blazer in early summer and have been dying to wear it!! Fingers crossed you'll give us an updated look at your current blazer collection this fall!
my daughter has a. green long COs trench that she wore while pregnant and before. It always looked great and didn’t look pregnant. She has quite a few pieces from diff seasons purchased by the COS in midtown NYC. They have user friendly dressing rooms.
My favorite fall look, black chunky loafers with white socks. Jeans, or khakis. omg, I looove loafers and driving shoes, also in every suede color (light pink and cerise are my faves) I can never have enough loafers (but I don't spend more than $100, no). I live in Southern California but spent my younger years in San Francisco.
I love Autumn because it’s my birthday mid September and that’s when all my favourite colours and styles come out. So like, houndstooth coats, rust and khaki green colours. Plus I’m 30 this year and I always do a shopping trip. I have my eye on a houndstooth coat from Mango that’s £119 and I would like to get the Loewe small puzzle in khaki green but it’s £2,100 😩
I can't wait for cosy knits . Don't know why but I always feel smarter in autumn / winter months than a t shirt and jeans in summer . Great video as always Emma x
I almost pulled the trigger on the Row zip boot. I was obsessed but the expense was the one thing that made me hesitate. I then found the Intro Black Como 4cm Ankle boot by Tony Bianco which is very similar to the Row boot.
I can't start my Sunday morning without watching your videos, Emma! Here in Atlanta, I'm also ready for blazers and knits! Also, I now have your blazers in 3 colors, and there really is no other blazer that compares for me!!
@@EmmaHill Absolutely!! I have the taupe, charcoal and navy. I truly love them all, the fit is such a dream. I do agree with you though, if I have to pick a favorite, it's the taupe for sure. I get a ridiculous amount of compliments every time I wear it, the color is just the perfect shade. I don't know how you did it, but no matter how much I walk around or put it on a chair, or scrunch up the sleeves, it still looks like it's brand new!!
One of the lucky few to get your hands on the navy 😂 Its so good to hear real world feedback, especially after giving them a proper test drive, so thank you 👍 ❤️ I know I shouldn't have favourites 🙈 but yes the fabric for the taupe is just incredible, it's a dream. 😍
I just need to get the black, and my collection will be complete! LOL. I swear, if you ever expand into anything else, like knits or bags, I will be the first in line!! Have a great start to the week, Emma, and thank you for such informative, fun and down-to-earth content!

I am always so tempted to load up on trenches, blazers, and heavy sweaters BUT that is too warm for where I live. I have to really work hard to reel myself in. I have spread out a capsule wardrobe with a cognac faux suede trench I adore...this year I will wear it with much thinner knits, silk blouses and shirts and even camis...last year I got little wear out of it but I have stocked up on silky camis and knit sleeveless summer weight tops this summer in anticipation of finally getting to wear this very trench beginning now which is a cooler rainy season til November when we get bright sunny days but cooler temps early am late pm....I will have to take the trench off and carry it aound town that season midday. I have wool twee d blazers I will also try over very thin tops from this summer....always a struggle for me here wearing the clothes I love in this too perfect climate.
I'm super excited for fall weather! I love sweater weather as well!! I'm also excited to wear my new Emma Hill x The Curated taupe blazer that just arrived at my doorstep Friday! I ordered the medium and so glad I did as it fits me perfectly!!! 🙌🏻
I'm glad to hear that it fits well and hope you love it as much as I do ❤️ Lots of blazer inspired outfit inspo to come over the next couple of months 😘
Emma…. Thank you….. Thank you for being you, your videos, everything really. I look forward to your videos, I learn so much from you. I really appreciate your down to earth humour, your outtakes, and sharing your sweet B’s 🐾 Thank You.
Always love love love your content! Please could you do another one on loungewear - I am a stay-at-home mum, living in the country, with a severely disabled son and very fluffy cats, so still spend most of my time in loungewear but want to do it with style! Your vlog on loungewear from a year ago was great, and an update for this autumn would be fantastically useful.
Great video! Excited to wear are my thicker high waisted Levi’s wedgie jeans with an oversized COS cashmere sweater, my chunky boots and my new Max Mara cropped puffer 🥰. I’m also excited to just sit outside all cuddle up in a blanket and read a good book/have a yummy hot beverage/look at the leaves change colour. Autumn’s the best ❤️
Another winner video Emma… Autumn is my favourite season so love your favourite pieces here… give me a pair of good jeans, boots and a chunky knit and am good to go!! ❤️❤️❤️
Great video as always Emma. So with you on autumn, always my favourite time of year. Love chunky knits, crisp air, fireworks, scarves and pumpkin everything! I always buy cashmere knits in the summer sales as you can get some good bargains, but then I’m so impatient to wear them now! In the meantime I can’t stop wearing that striped ARKET jumper too 🙌🏼
Just found your channel and I love your autumn picks!! Although I have a totally different bodytype, I am a small petite 5ft1 I certainly will make this suitable for me. Thanks for this lovely video!
Thanks for my Sunday morning coffee break, Emma. I’m staying with my very elderly mum at the moment, sorting out all those life decisions that one doesn’t really want to make. Dreaming of fall fashion, and watching your video, has been my Sunday respite. xo
I’m just the same with jumpers, I definitely don’t need any more. The dangerous part is that I work in a cashmere shop and our new collection is coming in and I’m in love with it all 🙈
Love your videos and cant wait to wear my Anine Bing Rosie Cashmere Knits. So expensive but you cant not love them. Totally worth every penny ❤️ Lots of love from Germany
I am heading back to work and uni from my holiday and I was sooo unenthusiastic about it, but now you got me quite excited for autumn 🍂 😍 thanks for the mood buster (and for the great tips as always😊)
Hello Emma. I couldn’t wait for this Sunday morning to have my tea while watching your video. Thank you! Love the new trench coat from COS. Basically love all your outfits. So beautiful. Looking forward to be wearing my chunky knits in a few weeks. Yeah!!! I have been buying a few accessories at Massimo Dutti which we do have in Montreal. Double yeah!!! Looking forward to the next video. Take care!
Thank you Emma. October is so beautiful when the leafs are changing colour. Great time to go walk the doggies in the woods. Can’t wait! Have a great afternoon!
Love your style, we in midwest USA still having rare 90s yuk weather, but sooo looking forward to sweaters and blazers! Thanks Emma, always fun to watch your ideas!
Im watching this in August 2023 were still in our autumn spring type outfits summer just didn't happen this year we had the odd hot dress or shorts weather days but not many of them 😢
My favorite Fall staples, and what I am so excited to wear, are boots (dr. Martins pascals), skinny jeans and oversized tops (hoodies, sweaters, Tees). 👏🏽 But our temps in my area are in the 90s (Fahrenheit) this week 🥵. No autumnal clothes for me quite yet!
Congrats on being crowned blazer Queen Emma 🤣 You earned it 💐🎊❤️ Here in Brisbane we're headed into spring and I can't wait to be hot and sweaty 😅 Your chunky knit is my "tiny top" (I have over 30 😆)
Watching from northern Vermont. Autumn is coming soon! My favorite season for wearing sweaters & for hiking. Sweaters are my absolute favorite things to wear: thin linen ones on cooler summer nights, chunky cotton ones any day now, & of course getting plenty of wear out of my super-warm wool/cashmere/ alpaca ones during the long cold winter. Love them all.
love also the autumn season a lot ♥ I love all the chunky sweaters, boots and coats for the winter season too! Love soups, warm teas and cozy rainy sundays at home :D
all my new COS cashmeres and cashmere blends, thin ones and thick ones. w mom jeans and old blazers/leather jackets/trench. winter/autumn running gear (outlet jogging gears, also bought some decathlon equestrian coats and shirts to blend in).
Maybe not so relevant. But I haven’t shopped for almost 1,5 year. Also donated 1/3 of my wardrobe including expensive shoes. I’m happy to own less. However, I’m always enjoying watch Emma and her recommendations 😊
Dear Emma , I love your style , even though mine is more dresses and midi skirts, I can see myself incorporating some of your trousers and blazers in my wardrobe this Autumn. I bought your and otherstories coffee colored long coat about 2 years ago and every time I wear that coat , you come in mind. Wish you a lovely week, a big fun of yours in Vienna.
I love the color change on the leaves and to wear the colors myself, I am in California and is too hot right now to think about it, hopefully in a month or two.
So excited for coats, blazers, sweaters and honestly anything autumnal!!! My A/W wardrobe is just so much better than my summer one.
Mine too, probably because summer here is so short. Love chunky sweaters, so cosy and comfortable

😍
Another winner video Emma… Autumn is my favourite season so love your favourite pieces here… give me a pair of good jeans, boots and a chunky knit and am good to go!! ❤️❤️❤️
Great video as always Emma. So with you on autumn, always my favourite time of year. Love chunky knits, crisp air, fireworks, scarves and pumpkin everything! I always buy cashmere knits in the summer sales as you can get some good bargains, but then I’m so impatient to wear them now! In the meantime I can’t stop wearing that striped ARKET jumper too 🙌🏼
Been away for awhile but I had to come on back when saw this 😍
Just found your channel and I love your autumn picks!!
Dreaming of fall fashion, and watching your video, has been my Sunday respite. xo
Sending our love ❤️

Beautiful pieces Emma 🎯👏🏼
You asked which one was the favorite, well all of them !!!
Whaaaa hooooo I’m ready for the autumn outfits!!! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Autumn is my favor season!
Mine too 😍
Chunky sweaters FTW! 💞

Here in Brisbane we're headed into spring and I can't wait to be hot and sweaty 😅 Your chunky knit is my "tiny top" (I have over 30 😆)
Hi Emma, thanks for sharing your autumnal ideas with us, i like your camel-and-black colors, it looks chic and natural.
I cannot wait to get my big coats and boots out Emma, you got me more excited now for A/W fashion! 🧥👢
Love everything, Emma! 🥰🥰🥰👌🏻 My favorite season is fall, too. I looooove layers and colors and everything it has to bring to my wardrobe.
Love all your videos! I was influenced and purchased the weekend MaxMara.
Love your fashion style. All looks great on you. Thanks for the inspiration! 😘
I love the blazers too 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Your Celine bags are just divine Emma 🤎🤎
I am thrilled because I already have these staples in my closet!!! ❤️
❤️
Thank you, wishing you a lovely week too ❤️
I love chunky sweaters and my trench coat
I love the color change on the leaves and to wear the colors myself, I am in California and is too hot right now to think about it, hopefully in a month or two.
Same for us in Cyprus. Will put a coat on in November maybe)).
Hi, excited for it all, Sweaters, boots and trench coats. Fall is absolutely Lovely. Thank you.
