Great work! always cool to see more guys doing it at home and working on their rigs! not just bolt on parts. recommend putting the ground closer to each weld. curious how long that D30 holds up
Do you have to take every thing apart like you did or can you leave the axles on and just clean them up and weld the truss kit while it’s still attached to Jeep and do you have to also drain and take out the diff gears ?
Question for you would you run anything big then 37s on a front dana 44 with out reinforceing and if you did add all that to you're axle would you then?
In case you never figured it out latex is not for painting metal. The give away should have been the picture of the chair on the can. Correct paint should have been enamel or better yet epoxy.

Thanks Nicholas! Good tip. I have a feeling that axle could out survive the Jeep as this point hahaha
Were you able to run that dual steering stabilizer still after that bro ?
Looks great bro, good job

looks really nice :D did you have to replace upper and lower ball joints after welding c-gussets next to it ?
All that work and you didnt even prime it?
Looks fantastic!
what make model of car lift do you have? I need a low profile one likee that. thank!
I have a MaxJax lift. It's earned its keep no doubt!
How do you like the RC shocks?
Love um! The adjustable knob actually works for tuning to the terrain, and the ride is wayyy smoother than a smaller shock setup.
@@JDCarsChannel very cool. I got my truss yesterday and started to weld it on. Thanks for the video!

Much appreciated! Happy to share!
Did it crack at all?
Nope! Held up great. The trick was preheating and moving around frequently!
