nice home but i found 2 problems with it. that kitchen was shaped a little funny and i didn't like how the stove seemed to be seperated for some strange reason. my second problem is that you never buy a home that borders a golf course! golfers are famous for taking a leak in the bushes near the homes and things start to develope a deep smell of urine!!!
Haha true about the golfers! Though this one doesn’t have any bushes against the property line and golfers don’t typically wander in “out of bounds” stakes.
it's an amazing home, the kitchen needs to be gutted and redone to be a little more traditional and it's a shame that it's located right next to a golf course, i've been at homes that are right next to golf courses and they reek of urine from golfers that have been drinking while playing. they urinate right on the property lines!!!!....that's a deal breaker....try harder next time, and a fence does not get rid of the urine smell!! and yes.....i've seen golfers that don't care if there's a fence or not. they're too drunk to care!!!.
Oh wow - yeah not that issue here. The yard space is “out of bounds” which is technically on private property and would be trespassing. Most golfers here know that and stay well away if they..uh…relieve themselves. Besides this country club has LOTS of (nice) outdoor bathroom stops throughout.
Lanc County native here and grew up with the Eshelman kids. Very nice family and this property as well as their 2nd property on Eden Road is beatiful.
the music on the intro is like the sound I hear when I forget my lunch box in school and my mom starts looking for it
Lol!
Phenomenal home.
Dear Matt... Awesome 🌈👨👩👧🙏🏼

Is it just me, or is the ominous music at the start of the video unsuited to the objective of making the viewer wish he/she was living in that place?
when can I move in. love it beautiful
Ha this one sold (fortunately for my seller clients!), but there’s another right down the road from this that’s available! :)
Sold?
It did sell! However, there are others like it that do pop on the market. Happy to assist with finding one for you! Just email us :)
