First thought when I started this video was... Heather I love your hair! I also think you are 100% right, planner peace comes when you look back on the beautiful memories that you housed in your planner! I am all about filling up notebooks, not starting new ones.
Nice to see the planner used all year. My husband bought one last year and he abandoned it about three months into the year for just a typical monthly weekly calendar without any of the prompts.
There is A LOT of prompts and just “extra” - I’m glad I stayed but am also excited to be moving on. I’m curious what your husband decided to use this year? I am that girl who wishes she could use the TN for planning or even be a bullet journaler but I’m just no good with all the choices. 😊
I agree with everything you said. I’ve used a few planners that were not my favorites to completion and I have been at peace. I only use one planner at a time. If I feel like I’m in a transition like last year with moving and a job change I used a shorter term planner. In July I will be starting an academic year planner now that life is settled again. Plus it doesn’t feed into hyperconsumerism chasing after the newest planner.
Find the right size and the right layout and then pick whichever brand you think you like best - yep. I have a well-loved academic year planner off the shelf at Target. There are always times when I think getting something new would be better, but the longer you use a planner, the more satisfying it is.
I just found your videos on composition notebooks. I see you use different plan ers but im i terested in the comp books. What do you journal in them? It is any journaling thoughts or is it morning pages? Do you write every morning? 1:20
I'm not sure if I missed if you mentioned the size of your LOA planner in this video? What size is the one you are reviewing in this video? I think this could be a perfect size for me. Not too small and I'm guessing it's never too big.

Awwwww Brie! You are the sweetest. I’ve been trying so hard to take better care of my hair. Hopefully it’s working. :)
I'm convinced that the happiness of something new all the time with planner hopping does not compare AT ALL to the feel of a completed book.
YES!! THIS!! I 100% agree. Any planner will feel amazing once it’s full of our life and memories!!

I’d love to see a setup video for this year’s planner! Love the way you live in your planners. Inspiring.
Oooh okay!! Coming soon. :)

Right! The longer I’m in the planner the more I grow to love it.
