with our state of economy , l don't think it will be feasible to push the sea back and reclaim the land of my grand father, but we can push or dam the lagoon because it is shallowness.
Gov should also allow us to build on part of the lagoon as it is a large and can accommodate us all. infact we do not need any oil exploration on our lands.
we can build the coastal land with tourism and other businesses like farming etc ........
