D' Angelico should add an internal mic similar to LR Baggs latest acoustic guitar AND other colors other than red. If so, this guitar will sell. I would buy one.
Very nice instrument but, frankly, it's a bit thin-sounding. To fully produce the depth and warmth of a true jazz box it needs to be ~3" in depth and ~17" wide. Visually it reminds me of a Gibson ES-225. Gibson hasn't made that model for a lot of years. To that end, this D'Angelico fills that void. 👍
@@seandaniel23 🙏🤗🍺cheers My guitar teacher in the 1980’s had a powder blue custom one, amazing…his name is ‘ Ted Mann’…he just released an album…called ‘factoring the chill…’he teaches classical guitar…or he used to
The thing, you are experts is making jokes! You guys know nothing about jazz, not even about guitars. There are floating pickups on earlier d angelicos! By the way, if you play gigs in LA , in this highly competitive scene, i bet, you do not get payed, you pay for your audience! Sorry, but i loved your jokes and i had fun, but being a pro for 40 years, i think your audience and potential customers deserve some serious information about this , as you said " most freedom in improvisation artform"

Semi hollow guy in your soul does not sound great, if you catch my drift.
Better than fully hollow
