I’m sure you probably know this, but your gripe is purely semantic. “Daddy” is a synonym for “father” and OP used the qualifier “like” indicating this was paraphrasing and not a direct quote, in this case used for casual emphasis re: the swagger of Jigen. He gave in to his hatred for a long time. Then he came to find the truth about it. Even then it still took time for him to change. His past affected most of his life, which sucks to say the least.

They should’ve named this episode Kawaki Awakens or Kawaki Arrives. Because this is basically the debut of the second main character aka deuteragonist, so his name should be in the title. This is the guy from episode 1 so this been a long time coming. This is kinda the real start almost, not saying you can just skip to this episode, but all of the other episodes are basically a build up to now. We’re now getting into the deeper plot of Boruto.

Javi Link Chōchō is underrated & over-hated. The truth is her arc had great character development for herself & relationship development for her & Mitsuki. Nobody should skip any arc from Boruto. Now those in-between episodic episodes like Hiashi’s birthday are skippable. But people should still watch them if they wanna see more characters get character developed. Also the ChoCho arc isn’t filler.
The HYPE is ON!!! The story is getting more and more interesting with each passing episode.
