sir for even 1 and 0 actually we don't need.. q3 state.. we can alter input(0,1) -- transition (q1, b) --> q2 and.. same (q2, a) ---> q1. .. but my solution doesn't for others. T_T

@@niharsrivastava are you trying to say 0 is even number that is why if we put 0 means no string in either a or b, it will generate epsilon(e) and that is why epsilon(e) will be accepted in 1st case(even a and even b). But if we take other 3 cases(odd a & odd b, odd a & even b, even a & odd b) then in these if we put 0 in either a or b (or in both), it will not be accepted as it will violate the condition.
This is a and case not or and that's what both a and b should be present so even if we can get epsilon from one of the the other will not let the string be empty
in DFA we cannot transmit null move from one state to another i.e. e-move .. so here we are directly accepting it in final state... Refer video no.14...😇
