My partner passed away last Sept. Her GP was utterly useless. She never was on the right meds. It got even worse when she was in hospital. So, yes I hate the NHS. I hate the way they left her so many times in various states. I hope you get better soon. Lx

Sore ears can be a bugger mate 1981 I was hitching from Sydney to Bundeburg sleeping rough along the way woke one morning with a sore ear put up with it for the next 2 days in the end I went to the hospital in Brisbane they looked inside my ear and they found a Ant had been chewing on my eardrum

Great to go along Willow Lane, used to walk along there all the time; knew quite a few people who lived there. Upper St. Giles looking really posh these days and Stiffkey baths still there. It became really famous when someone said Johnny Depp went in looking for a bath. You didn't go as far as the Micawbers Tavern ! But I think it's gone, so might be a bit depressing, so just as well you didn't get that far.
I used to drink in Micawbers many years ago, I remember the Johnny Depp thing, he drives a black BMW Mini and lives in Wells, I will be there soon, All the best Sally
